Thank you for the warm welcoming. My arrival date was very late in the early morning. Ivana‘s husband Luca waited for me and I drunk a cup of tea. It‘s a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and Ada Bojana. I was very tiered and slept until noon so I woke up with the conversations of the family in the kitchen since the walls are very thin. If you are an early bird this should not happen to you. In the bathroom the shower adapter was broken and Ivana and her husband Luca replaced it immediately. You find supermarkets very close and you can reach the beach after a 20 minutes walk. I had warm welcoming conversations with both and their son is super sweet and calm. Hvala 🙏

Deze locatie heeft ervoor gezorgd dat onze vakantie in Montenegro helemaal geslaagd was! Huisje is niet heel groot, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en heel fijn buiten waardoor je vooral daar leeft. Geweldige tuin met alles wat je voor jezelf en je kinderen wenst! Op loopafstand van strand, restaurants en supermarkt en ideale uitvalbasis voor dagtrips. Tanja en Jovo hebben alles heel goed verzorgd, super vriendelijk en super behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader deze locatie!

Stay in Dragan's place feels like having a vacation in your granddad's country house. Apartment is cozy and clean, with basic amenities and magnificent view from the terrace! Please note that there's no A/C, so it feels a bit hot inside of the apartment (mid August) — we had to sleep with all doors and windows opened at night, allowing some fresh air to come inside. Parking in this area is a bit tricky, so it's better to take small car to visit this place.

posizione comoda e ottima vicinissima alle spiagge e ai ristoranti. la proprietaria di casa sempre molto disponibile, è solo difficile l'arrivo perché se clicchi sul lìnk della descrizione non ti porta alla casa.

This accommodation was good value for money in a quiet area, but a short walk from the center. The host was friendly, helpful and always answered us quickly. I recommend this accommodation!

Miroslav was a very attentive host. He also provided instructions for entering the house. His house was spotlessly clean. It was within walking distance to the center of Budva. The unique view of Budva was truly worth seeing. I definitely recommend it. If I come to Budva again, I will stay at Miroslav’s house again.

No words can exaggerate how welcome we've felt here, Fatlum and his family must be one of the nicest host in Albania. The room was clean, just perfect for a couple, maybe even with a child, the location is quiet, surrounded by nature, but not isolated. There's a restaurant downstairs where I've had breakfast, always met with a smile. I truly wish we stayed more here.

Der Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich! Da die Unterkunft in einem Innenhof liegt ist es sehr ruhig, obwohl man nah an der Innenstadt ist und die Küche und das Bad bieten viel Platz :)

è um espaço modesto, um bom custo benefício, os pais do anfitrião nos recebem muito bem, o anfitrião é bem flexível, a localização é próxima da praia e do museu facilitando a ida até lá a pé.

nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nikolai qui s'est montré être un hôte très accueillant, réactif et très aimable Le logement était très propre, bien rangé et vraiment spacieux il est bien placé par rapport aux plages , une supérette juste à côté. un petit bémol pour la route juste en face mais à par ça très bien . merci beaucoup pour ce séjour très agréable 😄

We had a wonderful stay here, the views and water were beautiful. Maja was also extremely helpful with recommendations on activities/tours and how to get around. Bus is a short walk from the apartment and easily takes you to Perast/kotor so we were happy we were in between the two. We always got quick responses and we were even provided with first aid bits when my girlfriend injured herself! Thank you!

Amazing Stay at Rosmarino Aparthotel - Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Nikolai shared with us all needed information about interesting places in close vasinity. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described - if not better! I especially appreciated the attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you Nikolai for your warm hospitality!

Very nice hostel located next to the Kotor beach, very close to the old town, like 10-15 min by walk. The people working in the hostel were very friendly and they helped me with any issue I had. The people staying there were also very nice. Overall an excellent hostel and I highly recommend this accomodation to anyone who goes to Kotor 😊

Vicky's flat was perfect. Ideally located, 5 min walk from Kotor and right next to the bus station. We highly recommend it!
