The place is very nice and wonderfully equipped. (BBQ, wine glasses, etc.) Everything you need to have a cozy evening. The nearest houses are a few meters away, so you can also sit outside until late and play cards or talk. ́You also have a view of the mountains from the terrace and you can see the sunrise. There are also nice visitors, in the morning the donkey of the village came to visit and in the evening the neighboring cats cuddled to us. There is a very nice restaurant with very hospitable staff (attention best to have cash with you) within walking distance. But for other activities (except hiking of course) you should plan a car. Anett was always easily accessible and thanks to her tips and directions, we had no problems with arrival or departure. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended. Kind regards, P&L

We stayed here for a few days with our dogs. Stunning house in such a peaceful location, away from all hustle and bustle. The host was super friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he also had some great local recommendations for restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, absolutely everything you may need is there. We loved the jacuzzi, it was lovely to relax and look at the wonderful views at the end of the day. The pool is nearly finished so that will be great too. Would most definitely come back again, thank you for such a lovely stay :)

Spacious apartments with dedicated parking place, very friendly and willing to help host

It was an amazing experience. Almost every room has a toilet and shower (only one room doesn’t, but there is another bathroom next to it specifically for that room). During the summer, it is very comfortable because every room has air conditioning. I visited with my family, and it felt very private. The host(Mentor) was very responsive and open to providing whatever we needed.

We were very tired upon arrival. This space was a nice place for us to relax and unwind. Beautifully located on the lake with beautiful sunset. We were made to feel welcome!

Beautiful place. Clean rooms, cold ac, and a fantastic garden area with turtles. Centrally located. Can’t recommend enough if you’re in Shkoder.

The accommodation is comfortable and close to the main street of the center of the event,to the small beach on foot about ten minutes, close to a lot of restaurants with great food.Franciska and her husband are very wonderful and positive people who are working hard around their guests.Franciska brought us fresh figs every morning and our girl loved them. Our impression above the expected and really deserves the title of Superhost.Thanks for giving us a great vacation, the best host we've met.

Dona was the sweetest host—friendly, responsive, and always nearby if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, fully renovated, and feels just like home. We had a great stay at Elma’s flat. We could easily walk into the centre of Ulcinj in the evenings and drove out to Velika Plaza for kitesurfing during the day. The views from the balcony were awesome! Flat was clean and Elma was very helpful during the stay. We had a great time and would come again!

Albert and his father are very friendly hosts. They helped us with everything we needed. The home is great. Great location, shops are close (up to 5 min walk), beaches also 5-10min by car. It's especially good that the place has a pool. Either way, all the recommendations.

Great apartment, very clean. They really thought of everything (e.g. plenty of room for drying clothes/towels after the beach, fully stocked kitchen, big closets for clothes...). Seka was a wonderful host, available for any questions we might have and very responsive! It's great that they have a parking spot, it's right in front of the apartment, we drive a station wagon car and it could fit, however, I am not sure if a bigger car/SUV could fit easily. All in all a great place that we hope to visit again one day and would definitely recommend to anyone.

This location is really really special! Anyone can enjoy the beautiful view and atmosphere, but nature lovers can especially appreciate this airbnb. There's hiking paths in the forest and an easy one on a flat road filled with butterflies. We really enjoyed the hosts and the feel of this location. Really really special!

The views were stunning, Zaim who was working in the cafe made us dinner and breakfast, all provided on time and nicely presented. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. All important for cyclists. Bed was comfortable.

Adrian’s place truly felt like home, if home were in the middle of a beautiful olive grove and featured a separate space for relaxing with huge bathtub and pull down move screen with floor to viewing windows. By that I mean, ‘home - but better!’ The space is one thing, but Adrian’s hospitality is another. His natural warmth and calm presence make you feel as though you are reuniting with a friend rather than meeting someone brand new. He goes out of his way to be available for recommendations and if you feel like chatting, he’s up for a chat. We fell in love with the area as a result of the opportunity to experience it through his eyes - a little more like a local might. We didn’t know what to expect of Ulcinj, but we were blown away by how beautiful it is. It has so much to offer from the old town to the olive groves to the mountains and the beaches. We were there late spring just before the summer crowds arrived so we had the old town and the beaches practically to ourselves.
