We arrived at the accommodation, had the first interaction with the hosts and immediately felt that we arrived at a great spot. We experienced wonderful hospitality. The room is exactly as described. The accommodation is located in a perfect location in Theth. In addition, we must praise the dinner and breakfast, we had very tasty traditional Albanian dishes. We enjoyed a wonderful stay and hope to return one day.

From the very moment we drove up we felt right at home at Ethno Lodge. We were greeted and shown to our fabulous room. The person who greeted us (I think a family member of Aleksander) also showed us around the room and how to use the different amenities, they were also absolutely lovely. There was a basket of local wines which we could buy which we really liked. Aleksander himself also gave good recommendations for local wine tasting (Merak is where we went). He was extremely responsive and full of local recommendations. The room itself is about a 20 minute walk to the larger village and is on a well lit road which we felt comfortable walking back from at night. As with most Montenegrin country roads it is small but is large enough for two cars to go past. It is not a scary road to drive at all and is very well maintained! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, better host and lots of recommendations. It is so close to anything you could need and was very comfortable and clean.

Hotel is eenvoudig te vinden. Aan de rand van de stad zodat je toch een beetje rust hebt maar makkelijk overal kan komen. Zwembad was schoon en de temperatuur perfect. Er is in de omgeving heel veel te doen. Veel op loopafstand en overal op straat taxi’s te krijgen. Als je ergens wilt reserveren of een trip boeken helpen de medewerkers van het hotel je hiermee. Zeker een aanrader!
