It was near Churchill downs! Mature neighborhood! Inside was pristine spotless, and had everything that I needed. It was also close to the location I was attending and close to my girlfriends I would win again.

We enjoyed our time in Louisville and Dennis’ home was the perfect location to explore downtown and all of the surrounding areas. Dennis made us feel welcome with snacks and drinks when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and many cozy upgrades made the house special. It is very close to Churchill Downs and old town Louisville. I will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

A very quiet, pleasant place. The location of the place was very good.

I stayed for a couple months and really enjoyed myself. The cottage is very well taken care of and the neighborhood is beautiful. Tom was very responsive and helped out quickly whenever anything was needed. I felt at home. Highly recommend!
