Very good experience, very well equipped, big enough space, hot springs, parking location, geothermal, space for barbecue.Perfect for a vacation.The response is timely, the service is good, the local tips are provided, the hygiene is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable.

The place felt very homey and it’s quite spacious with everything provided! It’s located at a very quiet part of Shiraoi but it’s very easy to find. The thing we love most was definitely the onsen, it was such an enjoyable experience!

The place is convenient and clean. Parking for many cars. Easy to come with a group of family and friends.

It was a great place to stay! The hot springs were also big enough for two people and a child, and the whole house was big enough for eight people to stay comfortably, so the whole family was very satisfied. My sister's family especially liked it and said they wanted to spend more time in Hokkaido next time. Especially the conveyor belt sushi in Shiraoi (the only one?)The value and taste are impressive, so I'd love to stay here again. Thank you!

I stayed well for two days and went back. The convenience store was also close, so it was convenient. If there is only one suggestion, it should be explained that the type of heater cannot be used at the same time at check-in. It's attached to the refrigerator, but I think you can take quicker action if you guide me again.

The room was very spacious and we had a comfortable stay. This time it was winter and it was raining, but I thought I'd like to BBQ in the garden under the clear summer sky.

Toshio was very proactive in making local recommendations and responded quickly when we contacted him once during our stay.

A spacious quaint house suitable for families. Well equipped kitchen comes with condiments. A combini nearby. There are clear instructions on how to operate the appliances in English. Comfy beds. Best to rent a car to get around.

We had a wonderful stay. I was looking forward to the hot springs, and since it could accommodate 2.3 people, we were able to slowly warm up while chatting. As I had heard beforehand, there were a lot of cockroaches, but the facility was so clean that I didn't mind.For those who hate insects, I recommend a time when there are no insects.In April, I only saw cicadas. Juria was quick to respond and promptly answered any questions I had. You can sightsee at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toyako before and after your stay.

Cloud 9 was a perfect Ski house for our group of eight. Plenty of room and well stocked amenities. An easy 5 min walk over Rusutsu resort for lift access and an amazing onsen. Young has to be one of the top hosts I’ve ever worked with. He is very responsive and provides information and access to local restaurants and activities. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, but we already had shuttle arrangements. Will definitely use him next time we stay at Cloud9.

The hot springs are great, and the hot water is always the best! The room is always hot and very easy to spend time in. The room, toilet, bath, kitchen, and dishes were very clean. I was very satisfied.Thank you!
