Perfect location in Woodstock! This lovely little cottage was just perfect! My daughter who is extremely fussy about beds slept very well because it smelled so nice! I would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Banksiae for the weekend of a family wedding. The space was actually what we needed and was clean and inviting. It’s clear that host Liz and Andrew have lovely resorted this apartment have really thought of all the little extras to make that stay as comfortable as possible. It was lovely to read more history about the house and the nursery in the welcome book.

The hosts are friendly and helpful. The premises are new, a great setup, excellent bathroom and bedroom, clean and tidy. The courtyard is private with an outdoor dining area and secure storage for our bicycles. Woodstock village and Blenheim Palace are a short walk away.

We had a great stay! Perfect location for visiting Blenheim palace, and lovely nearby village with good pubs and lots of cafes. The house itself is fab - super clean, not at all cluttered and well equipped. We would definitely look to stay again if returning to the area.

From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely welcome—he met us in person, helped us get settled in, and gave us a great tour of the place. He even introduced us to the horses, which was such a unique and special touch. You can really see the passion and talent Phillip has put into the property—it’s not just a place to stay, it’s an experience. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character.
