Monthly Rentals in Shiphay

Sam’s place was fantastic and Sam was the perfect host. We stayed here for a month for my husband’s job and Sam was very responsive to every single question. The location was very convenient as my husband worked in the nearby hospital. It’s also easy to access to the centre as it has its own bus stop. The house and the garden is so lovely and peaceful. The house has everything you’d need. The wifi worked perfectly, which was perfect for me as I worked from home. The only downside was saying goodbye to Smudge. He really is the best cat😊Thank you Sam (and Smudge) for making us feel welcome.

We stayed at Tim and Chrissie’s place whilst visiting friends who lived nearby for New Years Eve. They were really friendly and accommodating and the space was so beautiful! Spacious and really thoughtfully set up with everything we needed, including some milk and biscuits on arrival which was a lovely gesture and welcome after a long drive! Bed was so comfy we had a great nights sleep and won’t hesitate to return in the future. Excellent location to explore Devon whilst enjoying the tranquility of a small village.

Exactly as advertised! In a nice location, 30 second walk to a nice green with a river at the bottom! And only another short walk to the sea! The air BnB could do with a touch up here and there but it’s clean and comfortable would definitely stay again
