Monthly Rentals in Shinokubo

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

Me and 3 other friends had an amazing stay at Toshi and Jun’s residence. We booked this residence to explore the Oi and Odawara area and booked a car to visit Fuji and Hakone. Firstly I’d like to thank Toshi and Jun for being extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive during our stay, they provided clear instructions and answered all of our questions clearly. The instructions provided us with an overview of the area, some nice places to visit, and simple instructions to follow during and for when we checked out. Super friendly host and very clean residence, highly recommend anyone who will be looking for a place in the Oi/Odawara/Hakone/Fuji area to book this place. My friends and I hope to see you again Toshi and Jun, thanks for an amazing stay and have an amazing rest of your year!

The shower was broken, so I sent a message, but they handled it with sincerity right away.It was very helpful.There was also a washing machine, and there were even dishes for children, so it was good. The host is very wonderful, so I'd love to stay again when I travel to Odawara.
