This space was rebuilt by the architect himself. Using locally sourced wood, including Kiso cypress, The texture of the forest and the passage of time are incorporated into the space. The property features a private sauna and an outdoor deck, You can enjoy a water bath, an open-air bath, and time surrounded by the sounds of the forest. Our stay at this place was not just an overnight stay; It is designed to be an “experience” where architecture, nature, and physical sensation come together.

There is a kitchen and dining area, so you can cook for yourself as you please, making it a great place for families or groups to enjoy a flexible stay. It can also be used for training and clubs. This is a renovated 150-year-old private house that is limited to one group. We are a family business, and we will welcome you with a husband and wife and two daughters (4 years old and 1 year old). We hope that guests will cook their own meals and feel like they are actually living in an old private house. If you wish, dinner and breakfast can be added as a paid option. If you are cooking for yourself, we can prepare a set of ingredients from southern Shinshu, so you can cook with your hands free, and we will provide the necessary support. There is also a paid option for using the fireplace and the kettle. There are mountains and rivers where you can play safely near the inn, and you can also enjoy activities on the river and light mountain climbing.
