Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! Decent coffee machine and a couple of good cafetières. If you like a morning brew you should find that you’re spoilt for choice! ☕️ Nancy Spain used to live here!

My place is a lovely apartment close to The Ousburn, Newcastle and Northumbria universities, Our famous Quayside and a seven minute walk into Newcastle City Centre, where there is an abundance of bars, clubs parks, art and culture. Amazing restaurants and fine dining. It is also just a short drive to our blue flag rated beautiful beaches.. My place sleeps up to 4 people. With a large double bed and large comfy sofa bed. My place is suitable for solo adventurers, families & business travellers.

I have off road parking you can use and easy access to motorways both north and south.

Staying with Susie and Sue was just wonderful! Great communication before and during the stay; everything looked excatly as I pictured it and as described. The two women are just perfectly warm hosts who were so kind to me about everything. We had great conversations and I felt so welcomed into their home. I would totally recommend staying with them!

Excellent stay in a lovely neighborhood- Jesmond. Thanks Jacqui for your kindness! I loved the patio and all the nature around. It was a very nice stay.

I had a lovely stay. The house was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. There was an European outlet in the room which was lovely. The metro (Chillingham Road) is very close-by making it a lovely area to stay in. I loved the park nearby (Heaton park) and all the nice restaurants and cafés. Akanksha and Suhail were wonderful hosts, and gave great recommendations of local restaurants and places to go. Also lovely to get to know Ollie and Maya! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Newcastle!

This accommodation was comfortable ,peaceful & in a very well kept condition. Tania was also a great host & not only notified us of the property info & stay but also of the local area & into the city which we appreciated & took advantage of.

Anna's home is lovely and the room was clean, bright and very comfortable. It was easy to locate and Anna was flexible with our check-in. It's a little outside of Newcastle city centre, but that means it's nice and peaceful, plus it's a 5 minute walk to the metro, which then takes another 5-10 minutes to get in (or 5 minutes in a taxi). The bathroom was squeeky clean and we really enjoyed our stay.
