Yuka san was a great host, she always replied immediately no matter the time of day. The place had everything you might need. Even a small kitchen which is rare in japanese airbnbs.

This was my second stay here, and I would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent—very convenient, especially if you’re planning to go to Shibuya. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, making it easy to find good food at any time. Numa is also very responsive and helpful, which made the experience even better.👍

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my parents and it was a great place - location was close to both Shibuya and Ebisu stations (you can easily take a bus too if you prefer not to walk), decent food options within walking distance. I enjoyed my walks to Daikanyama as well. The apartment had everything we needed for everything from toilet amenities, laundry, etc. Kitchen was also decently equipped so we never really felt like we were short of anything. I also appreciated that any queries I had was quite quickly answered. Only point to note is that the steps to the loft and from the main door up to the living room are as steep as the pictures make them out to be so don't underestimate those if you have anyone in your group with mobility issues. Would stay here again if I needed to stay in this area.

We loved coming back here every night after long days of exploring Tokyo, felt very comfortable and at home at Hanako’s😊 The apartment had everything we needed and a good location- what topped it off was the beautiful host who was very responsive and gave us plenty of great recommendations during our stay 😊 Thank you!
