The best place to stay on Lake Norman! Gorgeous cabin, the comfiest beds, gorgeous views, the cutest decorations. I never want to leave. Jessica is the best host - so helpful and responsive. I have already recommended this place to many friends and family members.

This lake house was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true escape. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—cozy, clean, and so thoughtfully stocked. But what really stole our hearts was the view. Watching the sun set over the water each evening, wrapped in a blanket with nothing but the sound of the lake and laughter in the background, was pure magic. We made beautiful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Highly recommended, we will be back! We also used Lake Effects for our boat rental, they were fantastic! It’s about an 18 minute trip back to the house on the water.

we loved Rhondas place! so peaceful by the water, plenty of areas to hang out inside and outside for the family and we loved all the small details for that 70s vibe. Also Rhonda was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Giovanni was an incredible host. Very responsive, friendly, and outgoing. The home was a perfect place for my family and friends to gather from several points of this country. We had a wonderful stay in this new and pristine home. This is a beautiful space with a great pool and easy access to the lake via the house’s boat dock. The house is far into a cove, offering great privacy, but also no issue having our boat docked right there. The house was well stocked and the host was very responsive and helpful. All around great place! Thanks.

My friends & I enjoyed this stay overall. We were celebrating my 40th birthday, & the house definitely served that purpose in many ways. It's very big & spacious, many cozy rooms with very comfy beds, & of course the best part of the property is the SPECTACULAR view of the lake, no matter where you're in or around the house. Also really loved the sun room but was disappointed we mostly couldn't use it at night because it was too cold out and the space is not well-insulated or heated. We tried to use space heaters, but that mostly didn't work. There were a few other issues throughout the house, like a few of the sunroom panes being off their track and seemingly impossible to put back on, a broken freezer handle, big speakers throughout the common areas that mostly didn't work, string lights in the sun room that were partially out and the main light out there not coming on, & the stove requiring stainless steel pots and pans to work. Otherwise, a great spot & getaway. I would come back.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My Mom was shocked to see my family from up North, she cried. Perfect Christmas gift, It was a lot of fun. The place was spacious and very clean. Eric was very responsive and very nice. Thank you for letting us make memories together in your home.

This is hands down, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The amenities were amazing, it was exactly as described, and is a beautiful home. We can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely LOVED this cottage on the lake! The view was beautiful, and the kids caught a lot of fish off of the dock! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Jack was a great host. Very responsive and hospitable. Already talking about when we can come back!

Great place to stay. tranquil and great scenery.Directions to the home were accurate and it was easy to get inside. The host has tons of games to keep the kids entertained and the kayaks are an added bonus.

Stayed here this past weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful house, very clean and cozy. Outside was private with a privacy fence on one side and shrubs on the other. It was quiet at night and with a gated driveway it felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property! We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. We cooked-out on the grill and were surprised to find the fridge was conveniently already stocked with some basic condiments which made for an easier and less expensive grocery run! Nice kitchen and grill. Plenty of space. Amazing lake with access to kayaks, a paddle board, and lake mat which made for a fun time. Jamie was so sweet and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Alicia & John were lovely hosts. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. There were extra towels & washcloths for our family of five. Lots of great info in their guest binder. Covered pier was an amazing place to spend mornings & evenings. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Really great place. We’d love to stay here again. It was in a perfect cove for our littles to explore the water and we all felt like they were safe. The tv in the living room didn’t work, but they did come try to fix it and were extremely kind and responsive. We really didn’t use it anyway, other than at night. My kids loved the fishing gear, paddle boards, canoes, and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We had a blast. I would have loved some local eating recommendations, but really, the house was clean and amenities perfect, so we didn’t want to leave very much. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway right on the water. The hosts were very responsive and equipped the house with everything you could need. They provided a fire pit, grill, kayaks, and canoes which were perfect activities given the weather. There are houses nearby but it still felt like we had our privacy. We would definitely rent this house again and come back to Lake Norman!

James and Jane were amazing. They made sure we were up to date with the area, have local restaurants near the home. Also had access to the river. They were nice and helpful and they have a lovely home.

We arrived ver late and very hungry, due to a 3 hour plane delay…walked into the home and there was a basket of wonderful treats and water waiting…such an unexpected and wonderful surprise. The house/cabin was perfect. A rustic lake vibe with all the wonderful amenities. We used the canoe and kayaks on the lake with our grands. Location was also perfect, a short distance to anything and everything. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend…

We had by far the BEST Family vacation at this beautiful home. It comfortably fit our immediate family of 14 (6 adults, 8 kids). The home was the perfect layout for large families, with large open common spaces with tons of seating and separate spaces for each family. Great kitchen and BBQ on deck to make those big meals. It had every cooking tool you could need. But the best part was the gorgeous location, with incredible lake access. We spent whole days fishing, boating with the provided kayaks, swimming and enjoying the stunning sunsets. Including our golden doddle who must have run the dock hundreds of times throughout the week. We will absolutely rent again, thank you for having us!
