Monthly Rentals in Shenzhen Bay

The place is a bit difficult to find especially when it is dark(a long gravel path and somewhere no street lamps), the village is very rural. The equipment is enough with the large garden with roof and a high pressure hose because I brought a bicycle there; you must need to burn mosquito coils doing something outside. Faye was not there during my stay so I could use the whole floor myself. When the check-in, her mother introduced me to the house and her brother helped me sometimes. And her replies were very fast and helpful!

Gloria is a super great host, quick response and tried her best to make sure her guests have a nice stay.  We enjoyed our home-feel stay very much. It was our best long stay experience so far, many thanks to Gloria ! We highly recommend Gloria's flat. Before our trip Gloria sent photos with description on how to go to her flat. She is very accommodating, make sure the guests self check in has no problem and have every thing they need during their stay. Gloria's flat is very bright and clean, very thoughtfully well equipped  with everything we need. There were shelves and many boxes for storage or organize small items. Some non-often use items were also available, like tin opener, 3 chopping boards with different sizes for different usage and a humidifier. The helper Michelle even prepared some ice cubes ready for use in the freezer. The location of this flat is also very good. There are lots of shopping malls and restaurants around that area. A farmers' market is near by too.

For the price, location, and time of year, this place was more than worth it. From my experience, the building was very accessible and quite safe, even at night with the 24/7 security on the ground floor. The MTR was right downstairs and if you wanted to walk, there were many malls and restaurants that were within just a few minutes of walking. Although this building was right on Nathan Road, one of the busiest streets in all of Hong Kong, the noise quite minimal and never a problem for me. I would say this is a prime location for both short or long term stays. The unit itself was incredibly clean and well maintained, just be sure not to leave food open or laying around and there will be no problems. The unit also offers great privacy and the walls are quite thin but if the other units are respectful, it wouldn't be a problem. The washer/drying machine as well as the water refilling tap were both incredibly helpful. Host is also responsive if there are issues. Highly recommend!
