Monthly Rentals in Shenton Park

Wonderful experience at Gillian’s beautiful place. We feel so lucky to be staying here. She was hospitable and so kind. She helped bring us to a grocery store to get some essentials for our baby as we did not have a car then and didn’t manage to prep any food before it got dark. This is above and beyond what is expected and greatly appreciated. She also let us borrow some toys to entertain my kids. The kids loved the patio area to run around in while I made breakfast. The location is amazing with parks nearby and it is very near kings park which we love. We also did a slow walk to the Subiaco station where there are many shops and good eateries. The bus to the station is very nearby but it is also very convenient to Uber home from Perth cbd and cost slightly more compared to bus. My daughter has told me to book this place in Perth for any future visits!

Our 2nd stay at this property. Really convenient location, close to shops, Kings Park botanic Gardens, Perth CBD and the Athletics stadium. Very comfortable beds, Netflix available, amenities are great. Quiet, tree lined street is beautiful and the choice of coffee just up the road is a bonus! Great host and would definitely stay again if we visit Perth. Thanks again and great value.

I have had great times staying at Claire and Gary’s place both the cabin and the apartment. It is a short walk from the hospital/uni and surrounded by lots cafes and eateries. I come to Perth for work trips but it would suit holidays too. The place is always presented professionally cleaned and all facilities available. It has a home away from home feel, very comfortable where you can unwind after a long day. Claire is very responsive on the app and showed me around everywhere herself when I first arrived. I felt very welcomed. I am looking forward to coming back soon.
