I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Enjoy your peaceful getaway at our Temple View Haven. This space is the upstairs of our home that we remodeled, added a master bathroom, and created a haven for couples to relax and enjoy their time together. You will enter through your private entrance on the back of our home and ascend the stairway that was originally tucked away in a closet, almost a hidden stairway to the upstairs. The stairs are a little steep and ceilings are low so watch your step and your head. There is no kitchen.

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.

The spacious room that included a wonderful small fridge/freezer combo was terrific. We had a lot of FUN in the game room and large common area that we utilized for several family gatherings after our Grandson’s High School graduation. Flint, Stephanie and the on site caretaker were so friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future :).

Adorable 2 bedroom Apt. @ The Barn on 1st property

Deanna was friendly, courteous and easy to get along with. If you need anything, just ask, and she will take care of it. The airbnb is on the grounds of a wedding venue, a beautiful refurbished 1920's barn, lots of grass and flowers, a park-like setting. The actual airbnb is in the basement of their home which they're renovating. It is exactly like the pictures. Nicely stocked country kitchen and two bedrooms allowed us to have our children visit us one weekend. We were also allowed to bring our dogs which was a hugh plus, and to be respectful of our hosts we cleaned-up after them everyday. We stayed for a month, had a great time and made friends (our hosts) for life.

I really enjoyed my stay! It was so clean and there were so many little details that made it so comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! :)

The host was very responsive. There was plenty of room for everyone and we could find everything right where we were instructed to find it. They did give us a heads up that it's a newer rental property and gave us clear instructions on how to locate the home. We would absolutely rent out this home again! We stayed at the Modern Carriage House for one night while in town for a wedding and passing through on a multi-day road trip, and it was the perfect place to recharge. The space was spotless, beautifully furnished, and clearly designed with care. The updated amenities and overall cleanliness were especially appreciated after a long day of travel. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedroom was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The in-unit washer and dryer were also a huge plus. One of our favorite details was the beautiful artwork throughout the space. We were given clear instructions on how to find and access the space, and check-in was extremely easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Idaho Falls!
