10/10 would definitely recommend! The hosts were quick and so easy to talk with, and the home was just absolutely gorgeous. The inside and outside gave such a great and unique impression that screamed “Welcome to Texas”, and the beds were so clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a single issue, and my group was very satisfied with everything. The location is perfect if you’re trying to get to San Antonio or Austin, and Canyon Lake is not from the property. It was a little chilly during my visit, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my favorite part of the home, which was the balcony. It was relaxing and so tranquil, and each level had its only balcony. When I’m back in this part of Texas again, I will MOST CERTAINLY book again without hesitation!

Kyle's Canyon Lake House is a an amazing place to stay because of how central it is to Austin, San Antonio, and New braunfels. Among those things, the place has great amenities and enough space for large families. I felt right at home as soon as we got there.

The house is beautiful. I love how much seating there is. The backyard is amazing. They set up cute little snack arrangements and drinks for us too. And it smelled and looked very clean when we first walked in. It was helpful that we didn’t have to take all the sheets off the bed given how early the check out time is.

Very comfortable and welcoming. When they say dog friendly they mean it!! Dogs in every side of the yard. Good thing we are dog lovers!! Easy to access and a great breakfast taco place right down the street. Very responsive and kind.

Aaron and Sarah’s condo was very clean, nicely decorated, had comfortable beds and linens, and everything one would need in the kitchen and bath. We were pleasantly surprised by how charming and beautiful the neighborhood is! We were surrounded by unique historic homes that captured our interest! We loved that we could walk to Bar Loretta and Liberty Bar which were both a treat! As well as walk to the Riverwalk loop and some tourist attractions. Hosts were very responsive and generous with offering early and late check out as well as suggestions while we stayed. They certainly know how to do Airbnb correctly! Highly recommend!

Delyn was managing our stay and she was a fantastic host! She brought my kiddos cookies from Crumbl for no reason. Just a surprise drop off then a text letting us know it was there. I asked for hangers, she went to Walmart and bought them, again dropping them off then texting letting us know they were there. The house was clean, organized and was easy to make it a home away from home.

Beautiful place! You cannot beat that view and having access to the beach was amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Leesa was very responsive and friendly. The kitchen was well-appointed, making it easy to cook.

We had a wonderful time! Sitting by the river was such a peaceful, serene experience. The little ones loved the swimming pool. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.
