Monthly Rentals in Shavano Park

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. Claudia’s place was great for a long weekend trip. We visited for March Madness and stayed at her place, a little further away from downtown, approx 20 min drive. The area is safe and quiet. The house is spacious and quiet. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

This is the second time my daughters and I stayed at Marta's. Everything was great again. We were in San Antonio visiting family and her house is very centrally located to where we needed to visit. So that is a definite plus for us. It's starting to feel like our home away from home! We'll definitely be back.😄

Brenda's condo was exactly as shown in the photos. The home was extremely well cared for and clean. Very cozy, I felt right at home. Brenda was quick to reply to any messages. The location was truly excellent close to many restaurants, attractions, trails etc. The pools in the complex are not heated therefore, we were unable to enjoy that amenity. We enjoyed using the tennis and pickle ball courts! Great place to stay. I would highly recommend it.
