Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

The apartment is right on Main Street nestled in the middle of boutique shops and brick sidewalks with Monticello, Montpelier, the University of Virginia, Shenandoah National Park, local vineyards and many historic sites near by. This is a private second story apartment above a local business with a separate entrance and key-less entry.

Space includes a large screened in porch w/ bed swing, patio area & swimming pool. No diving - deep end 6ft. View of woods on back of property w/ sunrise through the trees in morning. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

This room has its own private entrance with ample parking, a private attached bathroom and shower with a gorgeous double sink.

I’m located 6 miles from Scottsville, 15 miles from Charlottesville, 25-30 minute drive. A pasture of cattle is not too far away you can hear the mooing at times and see sightings of deer quite often. It’s a private and quiet location. Two large rivers, James and Rivanna offer recreational activities. Rustic cabin, country located. Clean and cozy with a well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs. Pet-Friendly Country Farm House on Pond Farm stay hosted by Julie and Rick Bring your dogs. We have a huge fenced yard for them to play in. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet. We have 40 acres of fields and woods to help you relax a little. With over a mile of maintained trails you can take your pet for a long walk.  Have a corn hole match or barbecue and just relax. Wineries and breweries are nearby.

Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all!
