Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

The Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in an out of the way location on the coastal path. Peaceful and secluded surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife including red squirrels. Ideal for walkers who enjoy nature and wildlife. There is a quiet beach in easy walking distance where you can find fossils, sea glass and an amazing array of seashells. Due to the out of the way location you ideally need transport to access the nearest shop and pub. 45 mins on foot/7 mins by car.

The Old Cottage

Beautiful old farmhouse with lots of indoor and outdoor space in quiet countryside setting in centre of the island. Original beams create a cosy yet contemporary cottage feel with all mod cons including walk in shower and King Size bed. Good for cycling, walking, beaches, 15 mins walk to country pub. 10 mins drive to restaurants and bars in Cowes or Yarmouth. Kids love feeding the chickens. Colemans Retreat is a unique & spacious cottage offering 3 double bedrooms with en-suites & 4th bedroom with twin beds or double. 1 acre garden with views & outside dining area for 8 people, BBQ, hot tub, shower/changing room & WC. The property is only accessible via electric gates. Cowes & Newport 10 minutes away, Yarmouth 15 minutes. Please note, we request £150 deposit for use of the hot tub. If the hot tub is looked after and our house rules are followed then the deposit is full refundable.

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).
