Vacation rentals with a patio in Sferracavallo, Palermo

Wonderfully spacious apartment within walking distance of Mondello beach. Ideal to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city of Palermo, but still close to the city. The apartment looked fantastic and has all the comforts.

The house is really nicely decorated. We found it very clean at our check-in. We especially liked the roof terrace overlooking the sunset over the sea and the mountains. The communication with Salvatore worked perfectly. You are welcome:)

The place has a great location and nice restaurants and bars nearby. It's easy to get to. The check-in was very easy and after we opened the apartment we were impressed with how beautiful it is. Teresa is very friendly. We will definitely be back!

This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor, very quiet with the added bonus of the garden. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town but there are buses that go regularly from the top of the road. The buses run from the station too and the airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, so very convenient. Buses also go from the top of the road to Mondello which is the beach area. There are plenty of local restaurants too. We had a very good stay and would recommend.

Leandro was a fantastic host! From our arrival we were lucky enough to meet him in person, he helped us with our bags and let us in earlier due to our arrival. He made sure to inspect everything prior to our check in. We were blown away by how spacious it was! Way more room than we needed, but we loved it. The AC worked beautifully and quickly cooled us off as needed during our midday breaks. Equipped with everything you need to settle in for your stay. Just bring your food. The pillows were very comfortable! The apartment was free of clutter, tastefully decorated. Right in the heart of Palermo. Easy walk to everything you need or want to see. 12 min walk from the bus station. For elderly people or those who pack HUGE suitcases…you must carry everything up many beautiful marble steps to the apartment. Be ready to lift your luggage. We always travel with carryons as we know Europe has a lot of stairs and street walking to the places we stay. We felt safe and secure here.

Francesco was really helpful, met us for check in and gave us lots of recommendations. He also provided fruit, water and wine as well as store cupboard essentials.

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

We had a wonderful time here and cannot wait to come back! The hosts are just the best and amazing. We would 100% recommend this villa!!! The pool, the garden, take it all in! The host also sent us recommendations as we wanted to check out locations that locals would recommend. The host even went step further in securing us a ride into town when we needed it as we could not secure a taxi at the last minute. This level of helpfulness is really thoughtful and we could not have appreciated it more!!!! Thank you so so much!!! We already miss the villa!

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Honestly the place was better than the photos and Matthias was a really cool host. Responsive and very attentive. The place is well located near the center (10min walk) and very calm with a beautiful outside. I couldn’t recommend you more this place.

We had a wonderful time at Salvatore’s home. We loved the location, it was close to all the major highways, and also very close to the water. Salvatore was easy to get a hold of, and very friendly when we communicated with him. He gave us great local recommendations, he was very welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. our entire stay. His home was the perfect place for us while we were in Sicily. It was exceptionally clean, spacious enough for 2 people, and have everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sicily.

We had a wonderful stay. The house, located right on the beach, was just a stone’s throw from a small village and close to Palermo, making day trips to places like Cefalù very doable. The host was very pleasant to deal with – friendly and flexible. In short, highly recommended!

We had a very nice 3 days at Casa Mama. The apartment has been furnished with attention to detail by Claudia and Walther and you can tell. Everything was very clean and tidy. When we arrived, antipasti were on the table for us and a wine in the fridge. It was just wonderful and we felt very welcome.

Giuseppe is a very welcoming and kind host. The accommodation was very clean and totally as described, we didn't want for anything. In addition, Giuseppe picked us up from the airport to take us to the accommodation, which is very convenient!

Great location, very cozy apartment and wonderful host. All the sights are nearby and there are a huge number of good restaurants and bars. Everything is great.

Very nice and ingeniously located apartment - right in the center and yet quiet -, superbly equipped and with a great terrace plus balcony. Highly recommended. Communication with Massimiliano was very easy, fast and helpful, son Giuseppe welcomed us very kindly and explained everything. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

We had the most amazing time in Elisabetta’s flat. It’s both beautiful and HUGE! The roof terrace was the perfect place to eat outdoors. Valentina was super responsive and gave great suggestions of the local area. Highly recommend staying here!

we had a fantastic stay . Elisa was the most responsive host I have met. She is so helpful and she is actually in my experience the only host who actually really took care of her guests. The house was well stocked with literally everything. There were bottle of wine, fruits, cakes, rice, pasta, sugar ,salt..you name it ,it was all there. The bathroom had literally everything required like toothpaste, shampoo, soap. Also she was so helpful, all the time We loved her place, it's lovely and well kept. Great location would definitely recommend

Large, clean, equipped, quiet apartment in a convenient location to get around on foot to the center of Palermo and the Port. Recommended.

Beautiful spot and great distance to the beach it was literally right on the water. I had an amazing time and everything to do around the place was in walking distance.
