The house and it's surroundings are incredible. We were blessed with beautiful weather but regardless the house, pool, hot tub and outdoor seating areas are lovely. There aren't enough words to describe how great our holiday has been while staying here. I thoroughly recommend a visit!

This is a modern, comfortable, clean and spacious house just a few paces from the lake, with several restaurants, a boulangerie and a grocery store just around the corner, yet it's amazingly quiet! Our family spent a wonderful time here. The house is well maintained and everything works perfectly. A perfect choice for a family of four!

This is one of the best houses I've ever stayed in! The house is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, and has superb facilities: pool, spa, sauna, and a large beautiful garden. Nanci, the host, is warm and very welcoming. The only regret is that our stay was too short. We will come back without hesitation!

A warm welcome, impeccable accommodation and breathtaking views of the Aiguebelette lake, everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Our favorite? The Jacuzzi in a Mini Cooper with sunset views… an unusual and magical experience! A unique, peaceful and incredibly thoughtful place. We will recommend without hesitation and we will be happy to go back! Great accommodation! We stayed at Caroline's for a weekend with friends. The apartment is impeccable and very nice, the terrace is very nice to enjoy the evening. Caroline is welcoming and communicated the information to us in advance, which makes it easy to arrive. The cat is kind and very cuddly. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Well located accommodation in a small country village 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget, 10 minutes from the Fier Gorges and Clermont Castle. Hiking trails available nearby. Independent entrance on the ground floor in the hall of the house. Small private room without balcony with shower, sinks, toilet and very good bedding. Very welcoming couple and nice breakfast served on the terrace. Great value for money.
