It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in the old and historic part of Seville and you can walk to the entire monumental, commercial, hotel and nightlife area of the city. It is a magnificent 80 square meter house located in an 18th century palace house that was rehabilitated 10 years ago to convert it into 6 houses.

The apartment is in the Arenal of Seville, an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, and very close to restaurants. Since I don't live in Seville, Maria will take care of check-in. She will explain and answer all questions. Due to regulations, she will ask you for information to identify you. Normally check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am, but I try to be flexible.

NEWLY RENOVATED BATHROOM!!! The apartment is in a very central neighborhood of Seville, next to the Museum of Fine Arts, surrounded by art and culture, restaurants and good food. You'll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the kitchen, the comfort of the bed, and the cozy space. My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, and families with children.
