Vacation rentals with a home theater in Seville

Great place!!

Paqui’s place has everything you need for a short stay & is beautifully decorated & spotlessly clean. There’s a lot of renovation work going on next door & across the street so it’s very noisy, but it didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time. It’s within easy walking distance of the attractions or there are plenty of buses if walking is a problem. Paqui was very easy to communicate with & quickly responded to any questions. She also let us check out late which we very much appreciated. Thank you Paqui.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado en un edificio cómodo y bonito. La casa es amplia y acogedora, con todo lo necesario y perfecto para pasar un fin de semana.

Really enjoyed our time in Seville. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Was just a shame we had bad weather and couldn’t make use of the rooftop as much as we would have liked. But thankfully two big umbrellas were left for us. Jose was always quick at replying. Only slight negative - would have been nice to have a proper oven.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Siviglia, appartamento nuovo e ben organizzato. Non troppo distante dal centro, in una zona ben servita con i mezzi pubblici e con tanti negozi sotto casa. Non semplice parcheggiare in alcuni orari. Host molto disponibile.

Excellent stay here! It was close to the huge supermarkets, malls, restaurants and bus and tram stops. Josè is also prompt in communicating, he also picked me up in the train station to help me with my luggage and with locating the home. Would highly recommend if you stay in Seville!

I have always dreamed of living in a single level house with a terrace like Alberto's! The house is wonderful, very cosy, huge terrace. There is a wooden ceiling everywhere, warm water was always available. Alberto is a very caring host, always helpful and will answer any question. The room is very cosy, big bed with comfortable pillow and soft blanket. There is air conditioning and TV. Wi-fi works well. It takes less than an hour to walk to the centre. It takes 18 minutes to walk to the nervion shopping centre. I would love to come again!

El alojamiento y los servicios que ofrece es tal cual en la fotos. Alberto es muy cordial y amable… lo que más nos gustó del hospedaje fue la intimidad y tranquilidad de la habitación , siendo esta muy cómoda también como para una persona o una pareja en nuestro caso. El acceso al hospedaje es fácil, hay estación de metro cerca, bicis y bus. Sin duda volveríamos!

Habitación muy amplia y cómoda . El baño privado igual. Celi es muy atenta y contesta muy rápido cuando tienes alguna duda. El barrio está un poco alejado del resto de la ciudad, pero si lo que quieres es tranquilidad es tu sitio. cuando vuelva por Sevilla será mi primera opción.

Alojamiento muy recomendable. Ubicado en una zona tranquila del pueblo con acceso a rutas de sendero. Habitaciones equipadas y cómodas. Cocina y aseo con todo el equipamiento necesario. La zona de patio y terraza son geniales. Pablo es un host atento y predispuesto, siempre pendiente de cualquier aspecto que haga agradable la estancia de sus huéspedes. Comunicación fluida y eficaz. El entorno es precioso. Sin duda, una buena opción de alojamiento.

Was für ein tolles Haus! Warm, sowohl mit dem Kamin als auch mit einer Klimaanlage, die - ein Segen!- sehr leise ist. Die besten Matratzen unserer 5 Urlaubshäuser, wir konnten uns richtig gut erholten. Die Lage im Dorf ist ideal- man kann super einkaufen, essen, wandern. Ronda und Setenil sind mit dem Auto in der Nähe und viele tolle andere Ziele für Aktivurlaub. Vor allem ist der Gastgeber sehr hilfreich und hat viele nette Tipps. Die Kommunikation ist schnell und superfreundlich. Diese Adresse ist eine klare Empfehlung.
