It is a quiet one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows in the center of the village of Seville, Burguillos, just 25 minutes drive to the beautiful Andalusian capital. It offers a large green garden, covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, with fruit trees and an ecological kitchen garden. It is a perfect choice for a beautiful holiday full of rest and relaxation after long walking tours. It is a comfortable one storey villa with lots of light and panoramic windows. Has three bedrooms. It offers a veranda and a large green garden, which is covered with natural grass, with a nice private swimming pool, away from any neighbours' prying eyes, for cooling down on hot summer days, with fruit trees (grapes, oranges, plums or pears will be available for you) and an ecological kitchen garden, sun loungers, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. The villa is fully furnished and well equipped. It has a spacious living room and dining room. The living room includes a large screen TV and international channels and there is free WIFI throughout the entire property. The villa is rented complete. I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me. The villa is located in the heart of the village with all amenities. Burguillos has about 6.000 inhabitants, and therefore, it has all the services at its disposal, including many bars and restaurants that can be walked from the house, which is located right in the center of the village. Buses are available every day to the capital.

The house is located within an orange grove, with 10 hectares of extension, completely closed for the tranquility and privacy of its residents.

Located on a closed estate of 12 hectares of Mediterranean forest, with holm oaks, cork oaks and gall oaks among which walking will become a unique and relaxing experience. The cabin has all the amenities and is perfectly equipped.

Typical Andalusian mountain country house that has recently been renovated. Isolated, but only 1km from the village, at its feet runs the greenway, an old railway line that links the three mountain ranges (Sevilla Sur, Grazalema and Ronda) and that has been recovered for active tourism. In the old station, just a few metres from the farm, you can enjoy the local cuisine, after a fresh morning discovering the trails of the valley.

Ideal for cycling and walking ALL year round. We are also 15 minutes drive from regular train service to Malaga central.. Good for couples and solo adventurers.
