On the closed, heated terrace the jacuzzi is in use all year round. A coffee maker and a variety of teas are available in the kitchen. It is located in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes by car from the city center or 15 to 20 minutes on foot to Lake Jarun. The tram station is 3 minutes away, connecting all parts of the city with direct lines.
