Enjoy our townhouse on a quiet cul de sac close to everything. Gated yard with outside parking. 20 ft swimming pool, 10ft basketball hoop, giant 75 inch tv, barbeque grill, open kitchen plan, 1.5 bathrooms. ADULTS ONLY. Note that POOL cleaning service is on Tuesdays and Fridays ,you will have to maintain between cleanings.

Take a short 18 minutes drive to Calle Loiza, La placita and Condado. There's two parking available for a vehicle or you can Easily Uber anywhere. Uber is available and will get you to the place, but we definitely recommend a rental car
