Updated kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer, A/C, and all the cooking tools, It is located right next to the Ritz Carlton in a safe and peaceful residential neighborhood. It has a gated free covered parking space and free street parking is also available. The bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a King day bed, also a sofa bed. Kids friendly beach the apartment is very spacious for the kids.

This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

This place is amazing!! The view when you walk in is just breathtaking! We had windows open and felt the ocean breezes during our whole stay. The view is of the ocean, forested areas and the harbor in the small town. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Note there is a cook top but not a full oven, though there is a large toaster oven. There are three bedrooms and two baths. There is plenty of seating in the living area, and a large dining table on the balcony for outdoor dining. The real highlight was the private pool. It was a great size for doing some swimming and having fun in the pool. There is a shallower side (3.5 feet?) and a deeper side (5 feet?), and having both worked well for our family. It's really just a great place to stay and we were all sad to leave. Jayanne was great and easy to communicate with.

Maria's place was great! Maria was very responsive and kind. The beach, kitchen, and infant amenities were extremely helpful when traveling with a family. It was on a dead-end street of a neighborhood within a 5 minute drive to the beach and about 15 min to the rain forest. There is a grocery store, bakery and gym nearby. Thus, location and host are highly recommended.

A great place to stay during our stay in San Juan. The location is amazing close to great restaurants, the airport and a beautiful and well-kept beach. The layout of the apartment was perfect for us. We enjoyed the balcony time at breakfast and at the end of the day. The check-in process ran smoothly and Rita was very helpful and welcoming in all her correspondence with me. I would definitely return to this property when visiting San Juan.

This is just the perfect place in Fajardo. This condo is quiet, clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony & rooftop provide ocean views and star-gazing opportunities. There is a beautiful beach across the street and a handful of good restaurants within a 10-20 min walk. There’s also a pool with clean, adjacent bathrooms. Walter was a very helpful & responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Open the windows and listen to the waves crash all night long. Sit on the balcony for sunrise coffee. Carry the provided beach chairs and cooler, and take a short walk to two different beaches. Para-sailing, jet skis and windsurfing or surfing lessons available. Cook meals in if you so choose. Uber to Old Town, Condado for snorkeling with sea turtles, or to the El Yunque rainforest.

This place is beautiful! Very clean, amazing view. Literally the beach is across the street and is not too crowded. The kiosks are fun and only a couple minutes drive for food and shops--and another great beach. Host gives very good details on how to get there--follow her directions to turn by the Banco Popular! (Applemaps took us a couple blocks away). Everything that was described in the post was there--a cooler, snorkel mask, towels. There's a grocery store and pharmacy nearby-very convenient. Highly recommend. We will be back!
