We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. La villa con piscina di Ugo si trova tra le due spiagge più famose della Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna e Foxi Mordegu: la strada principale è unica anche se non illuminata di notte, sicuramente con Google Maps e la posizione fornita è impossibile non raggiungere comodamente il posto. La casa è in un villaggio privato chiuso al pubblico (se avete amici nei dintorni non potete ospitarli, in compenso ci sono delle soluzioni con piscina condivisa se volete fare una vacanza di gruppo). Avrete una chiave per aprire il cancello automatico e una salita che vi porta in uno spiazzo esclusivo accanto alla casa per lasciare l'auto. La piscina è splendida trattata con il sale (chiedete di spiegarvi come accendere la luce notturna). Ci sono sdraio, angolo relax e tavolo. Il porticato è enorme e c'è ombra dalla tarda mattinata in poi. L'interno della casa è pulito e ordinato con tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, clima, macchina del caffè). Ugo è sempre disponibile per ogni problema!

Our stay near Chia in South Sardinia was wonderfully peaceful, especially in late October when the area was exceptionally quiet. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Chia’s beautiful beaches. The property offers a unique vantage point with sea views to the right and mountains to the left, making it perfect for relaxing amidst stunning scenery. The house is exceptionally furnished with everything needed: a fully equipped kitchen, games, extra blankets, a grill, and sun loungers. It is ideal for those seeking tranquillity, comfort, and convenient beach access.

Wir haben mit 9 Personen Manuela's Haus bewohnt. Es war ausreichend Platz und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool war "Gold" wert für die Kinder :) Der Ausblick auf das Meer und das tägliche Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist mit Geld nicht zu bezahlen, einfach ein Traum. Wir vermissen es schon....Da wir mit dem Auto nach Sardinien gekommen sind, konnten wir viele schöne Strände und Orte besuchen. Ein Boot mit Skipper haben wir auch gebucht, einfach mal am Hafen von Porto Corallo nachfragen. Er hat uns zum Schnorcheln und Baden an wunderschöne Buchten mit glasklarem Wasser gefahren. Das war ein Erlebnis für uns Alle. Das Haus von Manuela ist groß und mit allem bestückt was man so braucht, in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Anzumerken ist, dass es keine Filterkaffeemaschine gibt, sondern eine Kapselmaschine. Manuela ist wirklich ein perfekter Gastgeber, bei Ankunft waren Getränke (Wasser, Sekt, Saft) nebst Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank, ein Kuchen, Snacks, Nudeln standen bereit. Lieben Dank

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren drei (kleinen) Kindern in Claires Haus verbracht. Für uns als Familie war das Haus mit dem kleinen Pool absolut perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und sogar Olivenöl und Geschirrspültabs, sowie Seife und Geschirrtücher waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Handtücher sowie Badetücher und Strandtücher werden gestellt und man muss diese nicht unnötig von zu Hause mitschleppen. Der Pool hat den Kindern super gefallen und auch die Strände, die in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen (ob zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar) waren absolut empfehlenswert. Francesco, der sich um alle Belange während unseres Aufenthaltes gekümmert hat, ist ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war bei allen Problemen direkt zur Stelle und hat uns noch mit zusätzlichen Tipps versorgt, was wir mit den Kindern alles unternehmen könnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir (eine Gruppe von 3 Paaren) waren eine gute Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Im Dunkeln war es nicht ganz so leicht, die Einfahrt zu finden, aber ansonsten hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind genau so wie in den Fotos gezeigt und auch beschrieben. Die Ausstattung an Töpfen und Geschirr ist sehr gut, Weingläser könnten es gerne ein paar mehr sein. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, die Lage ist ruhig, alles sehr angenehm. Zu Fuß kann man den Strand und den kleinen Supermarkt gut erreichen, der Heimweg ist aber schon ein klein wenig anstrengend. Der Strand ist total angenehm, schöner Sand, tolles Wasser, eine Bar, was will man mehr. Die Infos von Enrico waren hilfreich, er war gut erreichbar und hat direkt geantwortet. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von Aldo. Das Haus ist toll und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Pool vor der Haustür ist ein echter Eyecatcher. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft :-)

L'alloggio di Lorenzo si trova in un condominio-residence che affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia pubblica, in una posizione perfetta per avere accesso al mare. Gli spazi sono minimali ma ben organizzati. Ottima la presenza della lavastoviglie. L'appartamento si è liberato un'ora prima del previsto e abbiamo potuto anticipare il check in. Lorenzo si è dimostrato sempre attento e disponibile.

Wir waren 3 Familien von Freunden in dem Haus von Géraldine, Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und gemütlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt:) Die Kommunikation mit Géraldine war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, sie war immer da wenn wir sie gebraucht haben! Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen! Il soggiorno ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative.Alloggio comodo fornito di tutto l essenziale. Marcello è un host preparatissimo,prima dell arrivo ci ha fornito consigli utili sulla zona e durante il soggiorno ci siamo interfacciati pochissimo in quanto non ce ne stato il bisogno. Tutto è filato liscio! Abbiamo preso la macchina solo 4 o 5 volte in 12 giorni per andare a visitare altre spiagge rinomate o per fare "spesa grande".Nelle vicinanze ci sono comunque un po' di ristoranti e servizi vari(market un po' cari ma utili in caso di necessità). La spiaggia è a 100 metri, neanche! personalmente l ho apprezzata tantissimo per spazi e caratteristiche naturali: sabbia a granelli grandi dai colori del giallo che rendeva l acqua di un particolare colore smeraldo. Unica nota negativa: per 3 notti,probabilmente in un bar li vicino, c'è stato molto chiasso.Una di queste fino alle 6 di mattina! molti nel vicinato si sono lamentati a conferma dell effettivo rumore causato.

Cosa scrivere di più , ottimo appartamento, molto molto carino , gestito benissimo e trovi tutto quello che ti serve , non manca nulla , per non parlare della pulizia eccellente io per motivi famigliari sono spesso in Sardegna ho soggiornato in tanti posti diversi e qui posso scrivere che ho visto la differenza, l appartamento si trova in una zona storica silenzioso intimo e con vista campanile chiesa che di sera ha la sua bellezza, se devo fare il pignolo , il parcheggio , se pensate di parcheggiare difronte ingresso portoncino non è così . Io lo consiglio vivamente ringraziandovi per la vostra disponibilità, chiarezza e ospitalità, a presto.

La casa está en un lugar muy tranquilo con varias playas a escasos 5-10 minutos en coche, tranquilas amplias, con agua cristalina y arena fina y blanca hay un supermercado, carnicerías y otros servicios básicos en la zona. El anfitrión será tu vecino pero eso mas que un problema fue algo positivo ya que estaba muy disponible para cualquier cosa y tuvimos mucha intimidad. Si estas buscando tranquilidad y calma es muy buen sitio, desde la casa se ven unos amaneceres espectaculares. La casa esta muy bien equipada si tu intención es cocinar. En general estuvimos bastante a gusto.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Claudios Unterkunft. Das Haus war sauber, man hat alles was man braucht und die Lage ist schön ruhig. Es ist zu empfehlen ein Auto zu mieten, dann sind die Strände in der Umgebung innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Claudio war sehr nett und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Er hat uns super viele und gute Empfehlungen gegeben, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Alloggio molto carino, spazioso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario per la casa e la spiaggia e anche per il nostro bimbo (lettino, giochi per casa e spiaggia). Posizione comoda per uscire a piedi in centro, ma tranquilla e comoda anche per spostarsi con la macchina. Insomma, esperienza da ripetere e consigliata!

Giacomo was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and helpful for our check in/out. The house was relatively big with a nice garden/patio area and a barbecue as well. The main grocery store (Eurospin) is located only 5 minutes drive away which was very easy for us to buy groceries for us to cook. The main city area of Villasimius is also around 5-10 minutes drive away with nice restaurants and cafes. The area was very quiet and peaceful (almost complete silence at night!) and had a beautiful view too. There were also plenty of breathtaking natural beaches nearby, our favourite was Spiaggia di Mari Pintau (this one was slightly further out). We went during the off-peak season during early April so it was a lot less busy than it gets in the holiday season, but we’d definitely recommend staying in Villasimius for a few days to explore beaches, mountains, and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Giacomo! 😊

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Die schöne, grosszügige Wohnung ist eine von Vier und verfügt über viele private Sitzmöglichkeiten im Aussenbereich und einen gepflegten, geteilten Pool. Mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern haben wir wunderschöne 8 Tage hier verbracht und genossen sehr den Pool für uns, da keine der andere Wohnungen besetzt waren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestatttet, die Wohnung ist Blitzblank. Die Betten waren für unsere geschmack eher hart. Toll für uns waren die Mückennetze bei allen Fenstern und die Fensterläden um die Zimmer ganz abzudunkeln. Auch wenn wir Rita nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben, war sie eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Jederzeit erreichbar und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir Alles hatten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft Familien, Paaren, Freunden und vielen mehr wärmstens empfehlen und danken den Gastgebern herzlich für Alles.

Mein Partner und ich haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes bei Marco sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Marco war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a fantastic week in Oct 2024 in Simone's summer house. Great location under the Mediterranean pine trees 150m from the beach. Spacious enough for 3 adults and 2 kids to not feel crowded. Well supplied with towels, soap and kitchen essentials. Simone was a example of Sardinian hospitality, he made us feel welcome from the 1st moment and was very understanding when we were late because of a delay. Arrival and departure were as easy as can be. Definitely recommend this place!
