The apartment was perfect for our trip to Disney. Great location, we walked back from Disney after the fireworks and actually got there before people that waited on the shuttle bus. There is a free shuttle bus just along the road, reception were happy to give directions. Train station into Paris a short walk through the shopping mall. Right next to a huge mall with lots of food options and a super bakery across the road. Do not pay attention to negative reviews on TripAdvisor, yes the corridors and lift could do with a makeover but the lobby, pool and facilities are great. The apartment inside is fantastic, very clean with all the little touches that made it a home from home. Great balcony for a coffee in the morning as the sun came up.

Fantastic stay at Alexandrines apartment. so handy for disney and central Paris (about an hr on the train) feels very safe comfy beds. great shower and bath Alexandrine is very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to help us. we will for sure be back

Alexandrine helped us super. Especially when we forgot to empty the fridge, she made us get our stuff back. She responded to all messages almost immediately. Room was fine, all amenities available and easy to use. Excellent base for Disneyland.

We had a great time. Alexandrine is a kind host, always available, and she met all our needs. The area is very well-served, the room has all the necessary comforts for a family. The park is a few minutes away by road and it was nice to walk to reach it. We are very satisfied with our choice. Thank you Alexandrine, you will be a point of reference.

Stayed for two nights and it was great. Very close to the Disneyland and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Everything was perfect.

We rented this place for our weekend in Disney. Everything was perfect. The accommodation is well located, we were able to walk to the park with our children although they are small. We slept very well. Thanks again

Had a nice stay in a beautiful apartment. Quiet and relaxing place. Pleasant and well-equipped accommodation, very good swimming pool, particularly welcoming host, everything is easily accessible on foot. Recommended apartment.

We absolutely loved staying at Nicholas place, it was neat and comfortable, clean and homely. The sofa bed was super comfy, the area it’s lovely - quiet and well looked after. Very easy to get to Disneyland with a free shuttle and the first night of our stay we enjoyed the walk to the village and it was so pleasant. Getting into Paris it’s very easy as well, we did feel a little overwhelmed at first soon to find out that is super easy- walk to Val D’Europe - take the train and depending where you are going to this one takes you pretty close to all famous spots! The only thing we found out was the shops close at about 8:30 and if you coming late there is not much options. We used Uber Eats and found an open supermarket opposite the train station. Overall fantastic little place to stay, convenient to whatever you have planned. The host is very friendly and responds super quick ! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely place!

I stayed here with my family (of 3) for 3 nights whilst visiting Disney and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and cosy and the location was great. There were some really nice restaurants just around the corner and, although we drove, Disney was walkable if need be. would definitely stay here again!

Apartment in an Apparthotel complex, so it is possible to have breakfast in the hotel at the buffet. (per adult 18 euros children up to four years free). Small hotel pool can be used from 11 am to 9 pm. Parking in the courtyard as well as underground parking available, for ten euros per day. Underground parking clearance is 1.90 m. Apartment is just opposite a huge shopping center, with everything you need. Overall a very great location and a very great stay, for a visit to Disneyland. Apartment very cozy and lovingly furnished, you immediately feel at home. We will book again.

The apartment is very spacious perfect for 8 people, very well located in relation to public transport and allow you to visit Paris easily. Guitho's responsiveness was very appreciated and made our stay very pleasant.
