The place was really nice, private, and peaceful. It is next to a metro station that it actually surprised me how close it was. The place was super clean, and comfortable. My only inconvenience was that at first was that I was not able to casting my phone to the tv, and I always need to watch something to be able to sleep, but once I found out the way, everything went smoothly and without any problems. I really recommend it if you are planning on staying a couple of days in Paris.

I stayed for a week with my friend, and it was a great experience! Sophie and Stephen were very friendly and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable — perfect for exploring everywhere we wanted to go. The space is ideal for two people and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat the location if you are planning to spend time at Versailles. Steps away from a convenient side gate to the main palace. Area is quiet and peaceful at night but still walkable to restaurants. Great place to stay!

Alain nous a attendu pour nous accueillir malgré notre arrivée tardive. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé à proximité de tout. nous étions 5 et cela n a pas posé de problème. L' appartement est très bien agencé et il y a même des collations pour le petit déjeuner. c est très pratique pour un weekend de visite à Paris. je conserve l adresse. Merci à vous Alain et Armen.

Karim and Sonia's place in Charonne was absolutely divine. We felt right at home, and the kids and us absolutely loved the quirky 70s decor, Star Wars and pop culture icon themes, so many books and art, it was right up our alley. Not to mention that the beautiful alleyway (passage) was so inspiring and the area gave us a real true taste of hipster vs. classic Paris. Lots to see, very central, great cafes and places to eat, and stores galore. Absolutely loved it. Karim is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, and Sonia and her family are truly beautiful and inspiring. It really was a home away from home and we will definitely return!

Perfectly located. So many restaurants and places of interest in a walking distance. Main Metro stations nearby. Supermarket just in front of the building. Only thing we didnt like was the showers. They are tiny even for small people. Very hard to take a bath on it. Besides that, perfect and very confortable. We shared with them other recommendations but are things that may not change at all your general experience. We recommend this place for sure!!! Thanks for your hospitality!!!

We loved our time in Paris. The venue was perfectly located for Monmarte & equally walkable to Gard De Nor Station & Champs Elise. The room was comfortable & peaceful considering we were so close to the nightlife. We’d definitely return here.

What can I say, we had an amazing stay! There is nothing better than drinking champagne on your private terrace and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night! This apartment was perfect for our family of four. A little snug, but that is to be expected in Paris. It was nice to have the 1.5 bathrooms, so there was an extra sink and shower for getting ready. The apartment was clean and we had plenty amenities such as towels, linens, toiletries, and coffee. We were also grateful for the information binder in the unit that provided helpful resources such as local restaurant recommendations, instructions for the appliances, and tips for transportation. Loved being so close to Rue Cler; we walked down there almost daily to grab food for the unit, or to get a bite to eat and people watch. Would totally book this apartment again!

Clean studio, secured building entrance, with easy accessible private parking was the best thing for us. Location was good considering using our own car. The check in instructions were clear. Although The studio was small but that didn’t annoy us since most of the day we were outside and return at sleeping time. A supermarket and a pizza shop (five pizza original which we like) are a 5-10 minutes walk.

Wir mussten Reva’s Wohnung sehr kurzfristig mieten, da unsere ursprüngliche Buchung kurzfristig durch den Host storniert worden war. Darum waren wir extrem dankbar, dass Reva extrem freundlich und schnell in der Kommunikation und sehr flexibel beim Check-In war. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen! Die Lage ist perfekt und die Wohnung dennoch ruhig; die Ausstattung der Küche ist basic, aber es gibt sehr viele spannende Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Tausend Dank, es war sehr schön! Gerne wieder :)

L’appartamento è bellissimo, non c’è lo aspettavamo. Disponeva di ogni utensile avendo addirittura il microonde e la lavastoviglie. La stanza corrispondeva perfettamente alla foto, l’abbiamo trovata molto pulita. Lenzuola e cuscini regalavano un comfort meraviglioso. Il bagno era anch’esso pulito, con una doccia grande disponendo in appositi contenitori grandi shampoo, conditioner e bagnoschiuma. La vista sulla città era la cosa che ci ha colpito maggiormente, avendo la vista sulla Torre Eiffel. Consigliatissimo ritorneremo sicuramente!
