The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

This is a wonderful place for those who like peace and privacy. A charming villa surrounded by greenery. Spacious, comfortable, every detail is thought out. Very caring and discreet hostess. The kitchen had everything: oil, salt, spices, even water, wine, beer and lemonade for the kids! Perfect!

A spacious apartment, consisting of 4 independent bedrooms with shower and a common living room-dining room-kitchen, quiet, bright and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped. A balcony has a beautiful view of Lake Kerkini and there is the possibility to sit in the garden. The house is located 2 minutes from the port of Mandraki, where the view is magnificent and you can observe a large number of birds. Private parking available. Nearest restaurants and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away (Akritochori, Kerkini). And above all, a warm welcome from Vagelis, always responsive and available for good advice about the region. We felt right at home in this pleasant accommodation: we highly recommend it!

Everything was impeccable

It's a nice place to have a quiet vacation. There was nothing missing except that there was only one toilet in the house. The host was very flexible about check-in and check-out.

Very nice place with everything you need and good view. There are a lot of restaurants close and the beach is also close.

The houses in the complex are great-very well equipped, new and clean. The company that manages the properties has organized everything very professionally. The rules are clear, strict. We had a great time and recommend a place to anyone looking for a stay in Ofrinio.

Stayed in this apartment during my trip to Greece — only the most pleasant impressions remained! The accommodation is located in the elite complex Panorama - a very quiet, cozy place, ideal for family holidays. The location fully corresponds with the description in the ad. The apartment is decorated in a modern style, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was especially pleased with the comfortable bed with a new mattress — I slept like at home! The apartment has its own garden with a barbecue, and relaxing in a deck chair among blooming roses and overlooking the sea and mountains is just a dream. In the evenings, from the hill where the complex is located, you can feel the sea breeze — a real Greek idyll. The sea is within a 10-15 minute walk. The beaches along the coast are well equipped — there are sun loungers and entertainment for every taste. The entrance to the sea is gentle, perfect for swimming. Special thanks to the hostess — Elena is very friendly, communication was easy, as she speaks several languages.

The host was very good. He helped me at check in and asked if I needed anything and if my distribution was going smoothly. The space was clean with fresh sheets and towels and the fact that it is centrally located in the city is very helpful, as it had all the necessities nearby.

Our short stay was very comfortable. The apartment looks like in the photos and is equipped with everything you need. There are a lot of care products in the bathroom, and the kitchen has everything you need. There are also some candies and sweets, and products for breakfast. We easily found a parking spot. We noticed that the internet speed is very good. If you need to work remotely for a few days, this is the place to be.

We had a great time at Into’s place. Villa was exactly like at the photos, and the location is perfect for a group of people - there is no noise of other people and cars and meanwhile its near the centre and close to Serres circuit by car. There is enough space to park in front of the house. Communication with the host is extremely easy, and Souzana is really kind and responsive. We didn’t have the chance to enjoy the amazing terrace because of the weather, but in the summer we definitely think that it will be a really nice to spend the evenings on it. If you are travelling with baby villa is equipped with high chair, baby crib (not standard size, a little bit smaller than usual), and blackout blinds. We recommend the place.

Very well equiped villa near Serres with a beautiful garden. We really enjoyed the house and the 2 major pluses: EV charging and doggo friendly. Definitely recommended. The host was very responsive and had everything taken care of. Thanks for all the freebies.

There are not enough words to express what a fantastic place the villa was or how wonderful Stelios was. Coming from far away with a long travel time, arriving to the villa was like a breath of fresh air and peace in the soul. Stelios went above and beyond, from helping us get settled to giving us personal recommendations on food in the area- which were spot on. The next time we are in Serres, I will most certainly be booking with Stelios at this amazing place!! Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful location, and a spacious home will forever make Villa Armonia our most favorite stop!
