The house is newly updated and has everything you need! Great terrace and backyard for pets! The beach is walking distance and the neighborhood is generally quiet. You can hear the highway a little when outside, but inside is all good as they have installed new quality windows. Overall great place! Will come back!

First of all, we enjoyed it very much as a family. It is in a quiet area away from noise. The hosts are very friendly. You can reach the host at any time and get help. The house was as seen in the photos. The furniture of the house was new and useful. There were air conditioners that worked well in each room. The internet speed was good. We don't need to look for another place for our next holiday, we will definitely come here again.

This was a great experience. The house is next to the sea, and the beach is just at the end of the garden. The view from the garden is incredible. It was very peaceful, no noise at night. There is room for private parking. We didn't interact much but Efstratios was available and made sure I had everything I need. I definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Ελενα's place. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sea. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptional—very responsive and easy to communicate with. They made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat!

Mrs Maria was a great hostess. She was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in summer and the temperature was high. The host had made sure to turn on the air conditioner at the time we had said we would arrive and it was already quite cool. Extremely kind and helpful. The room was five clean and had permanently hot water due to solar(it also has a hot water heater). I recommend the stay unreservedly!

This is my second long-term stay in this apartment. It was great to have the lockbox at the front entry of the building to get the key. Sometimes communication was delayed but we eventually got things figured out. I appreciated the housekeeping done mid-stay, as I could focus on my purpose of being in Serres instead of spending time cleaning.

Very beautiful, clean and convenient space for 1-2 people. The host's instructions are clear and with all the information needed about the house. Easy and fast communication for anything.

Great place to explore Serres. Not far from downtown and yet quiet. A somewhat older entrance but apartment has been well renovated. I'll definitely be back

Our stay was fantastic! The place is just like the photos. Warm house, very clean, next to city center, hot water always! The house did not differ at all with a luxury hotel as the host provided incredible service. It's worth mentioning that it even had hotel-type slippers, cotton swabs, baby wipes, and generally things you'll find difficult in other Airbnb spaces. Congratulations on your service and great place. We will definitely revisit you!

Very nice apartment and excellent location.

The apartment is perfectly located right in the city center. Just two minutes from the bus station, restaurants, cafes, and other shops. In a cozy and accessible space. It is large , very well located and decorated with good quality equipment. Very bright and warm and with very good heating. Check-in and Check-out were super easy with Mrs. Chrysoula's instructions who helped us with everything we needed. We'll be back!!

A fantastic place, tastefully furnished close to the center of Serres (3 min walk). Beautiful place. Athanasia was very accommodating. We had to change our plans last minute and she allowed us to alter our reservation with a refund. Next time we come to Serres we are definitely booking again.

The space is excellent, spotless, just like in the photos and very spacious.
