We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

My stay went very well, quiet place. The access explanations were very clear. The apartment is warm, functional and very nice. Teo is very responsive in his answers to my questions. I recommend it without hesitating.

Spacious and very cosy apartment with outside terrace that is a very huge plus if you are travelling with active toddler. Everything was as described and very clean. Thank you Herve for a warm welcome!

I was in town to cycle the area - the location itself is partway up the Col de la Croix Fry climb! The place was clean and comfortable, with a particularly nice kitchen. What sets the place apart really is the views: absolutely stunning!!! Out every window is a view. Franck and Maria were great hosts and were there to welcome me when I arrived. They answered a couple of questions I had quickly when needed during my stay. And I met their three cats out on the property!

Patrick is very friendly and outgoing (offered us sheets for the accommodation, since I had misread the listing...😁) i highly recommend it

we had a lovely week, ideal place to combine calm and proximity to the lake with all the water activities (accessible by bike, no need for the car) and departure of multiple hikes in the surroundings the southern part of the lake is beautiful with great views! thank you to the owners for the wonderful hiking tips and their kindness the apartment is very nice and well-equipped and quiet!

We had a great time at Adonis's, The location of the accommodation was just breathtaking, quiet, peaceful, etc. The place was very clean, we didn't want for anything. Adonis was welcoming, she gave us good advice, very kind and caring as well as her dad who we met several times. :-) In one word, perfect 👌 See you very soon, I hope ☺️

We had a great time as a couple in this great studio at the foot of the slopes. The accommodation is perfectly located and fully matches its description. Guillaume is very responsive and explained to us perfectly everything we need to make our arrival and stay go well. I would recommend this place if you want to have a great ski holiday.

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Wonderful balcony on 2 sides of the accommodation with excellent seats and even sun loungers. The only downside is the main road between the accommodation and the lake. This will cause some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. Francine was super lovely and really responsive. When we asked for earlier check in and later check out she accommodated it- she was super thoughtful. I really recommend this property

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Annecy. The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed having the use of a private garden. It is located only a short distance to the lake and local restaurants and bakery. We also appreciated the use of the two electric bikes.

Everything went very well during my stay at Yannick's. The accommodation is really perfect, very clean, well-equipped and as advertised. The hosts are very friendly, available and welcoming. I highly recommend this place, you can go there with your eyes closed!

We had a great 3-day weekend at Josephine's place. The house is tastefully decorated, is pleasant, comfortable and with a magnificent view that crowns the whole (especially the very pleasant terrace!) We were able to access the house exceptionally early which suited us very well. Check-in with a lockbox is also a big plus. We are more than delighted and recommend Josephine's place! See you soon if we come back to the area.

Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Very nice location. We had the pleasure of having snow and enjoyed the beautiful landscape. the bedding is comfortable and the area quiet .

We only stayed one night, but if the opportunity arises we will come back to Florence's!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.
