Maria was so welcoming and happy to host us. The view is great- you can see across Long Lake and to the ocean. We got fresh lemons and oranges from their green houses. We didn’t have enough time and the weather wasn’t good enough for bikes but she would have let us borrow some. The bed was comfortable and apartment spacious!

Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

Elisabetta's home is delicious, nicer than it looks in the photos. It is equipped with everything, has a nice patio to eat and relax, but above all it is a short walk from the sea! My friends and I had a great time and recommend it

This small gem is perfectly placed a stone’s throw to a morning cafe’, an afternoon spritz, and an evening dinner. Maya’s place is unique and spotless and she was responsive to our needs and requests. A great spot to enjoy all Sperlonga has to offer!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Silvano’s place was just as discribed and pictured. The view of the sea from the apartment is amazing. Silvano clearly communicated the situation with the construction and was proactive and responsive with all questions I had during my stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

What you appreciate most about this location is the peace and quiet of the place, right on the lake shores, opening the window, you have direct views of the sunset and the calm waters of Lake Paola and being able to relax at the end of the day in your garden just off the shore is a rare experience. It is also a 5-minute drive from the city center and the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sea and lake in the same holiday. It was a pleasure to meet Michele and Clarissa, who are caring and kind, who live there and are present in the area for every occasion. They have the ability to make you feel not just a guest but part of the family, while guaranteeing total autonomy, independence and privacy, an ideal mix of knowing that you have support for advice on places, restaurants and attractions and the feeling of freedom and meeting with themselves. Perfect for a couple or a family stay. We were there as a couple with two small children who enjoyed the outdoor space of the garden. We had such a great time that we ended up staying an extra night! We will definitely be back.

Gianluca is a very good guy , he is always available for any issues , the place is good located if you looking for a spot near the beach , also there are shops around where you can do some shopping. It's probably handy to have a car anyway, but ones you get there, you don't need it much!

Perfect villa for up to 4 people. There were two of us and we had plenty of space. Beautiful garden, garden table + chairs, sun loungers and sunbeds, sun/shade: great! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is a bit small and a little dated, but everything works fine. Great host who responds quickly and helps directly with all questions. In short: excellent accommodation for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga and beach!!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

Unique location at the foot of the Circeo. Despite high numbers of visitors to the beach on beautiful weekends, this stretch of beach is never crowded through the private houses because from the road there is no public access in this section. The house is an ideal starting point for many excursions and sports activities. Conclusion: compared to Monte Argentario in Tuscany, I take the Circeo to number 1.

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

Ciao. My wife and I stayed with Robbi for 10 days on August 24. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a four-family house with a private parking space and a really well maintained garden right on the beach, you don't even have to cross the street. The villa is inside a private residence outside the center of Terracina; if during the day the beach is very crowded, in the evening the area is very quiet. We found the apartment, both as premises and as amenities, exactly as described in the listing; only a few problems with the WiFi connection and therefore with streaming TV programs (there is no antenna). We are sorry we did not meet our host Robbi in person, although by phone he was constantly interested in how our stay was going; by the way, I have to thank him for his willingness to prepare, upon our arrival, a surprise for my wife. I can’t say enough about my stay. This was a fabulous place and I couldn’t get over that I was just one street away from the beach! Wonderful town, gorgeous surroundings, and such a wonderful host! So kind and helpful very, very responsive! When I come back to Italy it will be to Gaeta and this Airbnb! Gaeta compared to the other places I stayed while here in Italy just outshined the others. I couldn’t get over how large the apartment was. It was exactly as pictured and if I could give it 10 stars I would have. You won’t be disappointed staying here! Grazie mille!
