A villa immersed in tranquility and nature, set in a large park of an ancient villa overlooking the Val d'Ossola. The accommodation consists of a large and cozy independent studio, an open space of about 30 sqm just renovated, with a view of the garden. It is located in the small village of Creggio, at the foot of the medieval tower of the same name and the municipality of Trontano, in a strategic position, close to the entrance of the Vigezzo Valley and just a 5-minute drive from the center of Domodossola.

It is located in a small alpine village from which you can reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The garden for exclusive use with dining area, barbecue, swimming pool, parasols and deckchairs is much loved. Wi-Fi is available.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Splendido appartamento mansardato di recente ristrutturazione, situato all’interno di un palazzo d’epoca a due passi dal centro storico di Domodossola. La Stazione Ferroviaria si trova comodamente a meno di 10 minuti a piedi, mentre il parcheggio per auto a meno di 300 metri. Il Palazzo si trova in area pedonale in prossimità di accoglienti bar e ristoranti. L’alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort e necessità, perfettamente insonorizzato per un piacevole relax.

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. A TV with Apple TV box and free Wi-Fi are available, as well as a lockable ski storage room.
