Vacation rentals with breakfast in Seongdong-gu

We had the best of times at this AirBnB! Every morning we had a different breakfast prepared by the host. Always delicious and satisfying. She was very gracious and extremely responsive despite there being a language barrier. The space itself was very tidy and clean. The beds were comfortable. Since each room had a door that leads directly to the courtyard, each room’s occupants were able to come and go without bothering each other. :) There’s a fun food market within walking distance. We got to try a lot of different foods! There’s a lot of cool places to travel to and explore; we highly recommend visiting the local palaces. If we ever get the chance to return to Korea, we would happily stay here again!

Liz was also really helpful and told us where the umbrellas were one day when it was pouring cats and dogs- proactively. we really appreciated that. we really enjoyed our stay and want to thank you again! I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Hanok! The view was absolutely stunning — peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me arrange everything I needed during my trip. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic and serene experience in Korea!

The view was great, the park was close, and the external accessibility, such as grocery stores and restaurants, was good. But the bathroom was a little disappointing. Overall, I am satisfied because it is as comfortable and cozy as my own home!

It was a much prettier and emotional accommodation than the pictures! I felt the owner's sense everywhere, and the interior and every single accessory were carefully decorated, so I felt really good throughout my stay. The bedding was soft and clean, and the view from the large window was so nice that I was healed just by sitting by the window. Haha. I especially like big window accommodations, and I really liked it. In particular, the living room space was full of sunshine and had a warm atmosphere, so it was nice to take a lot of photos with friends, and to chat comfortably while drinking wine. The necessary basic items were well-equipped, and the communication with the owner was friendly and quick, so I was more relieved and comfortable! It was a great place to rest quietly in the city center. I definitely want to visit again next time if I have the chance~

It was nice that a family of 5 could each use a bed. Parking was convenient and the house was cozy. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep, so it can be a bit dangerous for the elderly or those with bad legs. (There is 1 bed on the 1st floor. My grandfather used the first floor of my house, so there was no big problem~) The host is very kind, and the bathroom has everything you need, so I think you only need to bring a toothbrush. The kitchen was tidy and I loved it overall!

It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My son was so sad to leave — he actually said he wanted to live here forever! I highly recommend this place to anyone vi

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

We stayed for one week and had a great time. The apartment is small but you have everything you need. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The price was pretty high but that was maybe because of public holidays and everything else was booked out. Because of the great and central location we would book again.

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

Celina is a great host, she provided the clear check in guideline before we check in. When we arrived, we were so surprised by the gift and ramen she gave. When I had question, she feedback in minutes. The room is clean and quiet. However, they were some problem I want to tell, the location of the unit not as convenient as we expected, it’s little far away from subway, we called uber taxi when we backed at night. Moreover, no air-con in room 2, need to open the door when sleeping. According this two reasons, I think the room is overpriced.

The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and it is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the host speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication at all, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

The location of the homestay is very quiet, we spent a pleasant 5 days 4 nights.Although it was not close to the subway, there were multiple busses at the door to pick up the subway, and the service was very attentive by the owner of the house multiple times through Airbnb to guide us to how to get there.There is a 24-hour food supply in the common kitchen, and the coffee is especially good, which saved me a lot of money on this trip.But the lack of beauty is that the mattress is a little soft, everything else is very good.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
