Very nice stay and good location. However, be careful of the slippery bathroom. Fortunately, all arrangements are taken into account by the host. Access with stairs so be careful for the elderly/people with reduced mobility.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it was just as good as I remember it being 2 years ago. You are only a 10 min walk from bustling shopping and nightlife of Itaewon, a 5 min walk to several super cute cafes, and are pretty centrally located to get anywhere else you want in Seoul. It’s also a wonderful getaway from the crowds of Seoul, since you’re on a nice quiet side street. The hosts are also amazing, they’re are always responsive and are very accommodating. Just as a note, there are some hills you have to walk to get to it. 5 stars ⭐️ I would definitely stay again.

Annie’s place is absolutely beautiful! It’s clear she has put a lot of thought and care into every detail—the personal touches really made it feel warm, inviting, and unique (IG worthy)! It felt less like a rental and more like a home. Thank you for creating such a special space!

The accommodation was so clean and nice~!! There was also an unmanned convenience store, so I used it comfortably ~ ^^

Simply put, one of the best places we have ever stayed. KJ and Paul could not be more helpful and kind. The place is so beautiful and chic, we wish we could live there full time. And the neighborhood is perfect for visiting Seoul: centrally located, convenient to restaurants and subway, and utterly charming. Please note that there is a small attic with a mat on the floor that can be used as a third bedroom, just ask for bedding. It might be a tight fit for some but was perfect for our teenager and I think would be fine for a smaller adult as well. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Just be forewarned that you might fall in love and never want to leave!

It was close to the Geondaeipgu subway station, so the accessibility was good. There are many delicious restaurants around, and I didn't get to look around because I was going to a seminar somewhere else, but I noticed quite interesting places. I want to stay again on my next visit and see more. It was comfortable because it was clean and equipped with all the essentials, but also items that were cumbersome to carry around during the trip.

The stay was so comfortable and clean. Check-in was super smooth, and there was a convenience store a 3-minute walk away from the accommodation. The host was so kind and accommodating. We were very happy and grateful for the experience~

The owner was so kind and took care of everything, so I was so comfortable for 2 nights! My friends who went with me also said that we should come again next time, so I'll upload it again next time.

The view is really nice and it's really clean. Like the reviews, it's at the top, so I'm a little worried about parking, but it's not that scary because it's just hard. I had a really good time with my family. I'll have to come with my acquaintances next time.

The garden was beautiful and the house was really clean and comfortable! The bedding and tableware were clean and nice. Thank you for preparing the dog table, tableware, towels, and pads.♡ I was a little worried because the dog ate a lot of the food that the alley cat in the corner of the yard gave me. He's a kid with severe atopy, but he's got a great appetite. If you're traveling with a dog with a good appetite, you should take note and put a bowl of food when you arrive! Still, overall, it was really neat, and each accessory was emotionally and beautifully decorated, and I was very satisfied.

I was surprised to be able to enjoy this service and luxury at this price. All my friends who went with me were so satisfied that they were surprised. I think it was because it was usually used as a villa, but it was really abundant without anything missing. The bathroom was spacious, so it was so nice, and there was a karaoke room and a jjimjilbang, so I was so sorry that I didn't get to the accommodation early. I'm really satisfied.

An accommodation full of things to do! It was a very satisfying trip. It was hard to find a place with 3 bathrooms, but the host was kind enough to provide a pet-friendly environment with 3 separate rooms. He was also considerate enough to let me play screen golf at the newly built accommodation in front, and even gave me coffee. I had a good time with a grateful heart. I want to recommend it to a lot of people.

The welcome drink was delicious, and the cafe next to the property was large and nice~! The accommodation was the same as the photos, and it was clean and so pretty. It was a good place for the dog to run around, and the owners were so kind that I had a really comfortable rest and play! The barbecue area was nice because it had a camping feel, and it was a perfect accommodation with a fire pit.👍

It was the best of the accommodations I've been to this year. Quick response and proactive resolution from the host. I felt the sincerity of the host in this accommodation. The surrounding commercial area is nice, and transportation is convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation to you all!

It was really nice because the accommodation was in such a convenient location. If I have a schedule in Seoul, I will definitely stay again. There is a children's grand park right in front, and there is a convenience store and cafe nearby. There is nothing without a subway. I went to the grand park, took a walk, and made good memories. Above all, it was better because it was in a quiet location even though there was all this. Thank you.❣️

Most of the tools and supplies in the bathroom and kitchen are provided. There is no water and toothbrush, so please purchase them. There is a convenience store right on the corner of the alley. The floor tiles are broken or raised, so even if you walk carefully, there is a little noise. It doesn't matter if you're mainly doing outdoor activities and just staying, but if you're planning to do activities inside, you might be a little concerned. The building itself seems to be a little old. You can tell from the kitchen and bathroom facilities. However, compared to that, I got the impression that it was a very well-managed space. The bed frame and mattress aren't luxurious, but I thought it was reasonable for the price. This is because the transportation and infrastructure near the property are excellent.
