Waterfront vacation rentals in Seongbuk District

Moon River was a great and responsive host. He went above and beyond: (1) Bus number from airport, (2) answering my concerns about entering the apartment, (3) helping with directions, and more. I asked for a refill for a certain item - and he brought the item requested and additional items the day of the request! Very quick response! The location is great due to the available eateries and coffee shops in the area. I am glad to have stayed here with Moon River and hope to stay again because he was such a kind host.

The location is just PERFECT! My 75 yr old mother and 19 year old son stayed here for 3 weeks. The location is right in front of the Chongyechon stream. It is only a few steps to all the main subway stations and bus lines. VERY convenient with lots of restaurants near by. Host is super friendly and responsive. I'd say this place is more like a studio with an upper loft, rather than a bedroom apt. It is suitable for 3, but ideal for 2.

John was an amazing host. The place has an amazing view and easy access to the subway. We had a great time in Seoul and John’s place was a big part of that experience.

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

The location was so nice, the accommodation was clean and nice. It's a place I want to visit again.

Gladi's apartment was everything that we hoped for. First of all, the view on the river Han is amazing! Then, the fact that the apartment is located right on top of the Mapo subway station makes going anywhere in the city really easy. Access to the Incheon airport is also super easy. We would definitely use this apartment again if we went back to Seoul.

This house is near to downtown areas, so I felt comfortable going there.

This place was on the 9th floor and had an amazing view of the local area and in particular the Jongno Tower lit up at night. If you love Korean food and nightlife you have everything outside your front door. This is my 2nd stay here as I love the location right next to Jonggak station and easy access to all the places I love to visit in Seoul. I will be looking to stay here again when I come back to Seoul.

Annie’s place is absolutely beautiful! It’s clear she has put a lot of thought and care into every detail—the personal touches really made it feel warm, inviting, and unique (IG worthy)! It felt less like a rental and more like a home. Thank you for creating such a special space!

Han put a lot of explanation (even in english) that were very helpful. The appartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, it is really cozy. The subway station is really close, which is a big plus, and the river too.

Clear instructions. Peaceful small getaway while nearby the local market.

Ju's place is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

The accommodation is also very close to Songnidan-gil, so There were a lot of delicious things to eat, and it was close to the food alley, so it was so nice to eat a late night snack!! It was close to the subway station, so it was so convenient to get around! Above all, it was really neat and nice to have everything from tableware to toothpaste and shampoo!! Next time I come to Jamsil, I want to stay here again! I had a good stay!!

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Ingi’s place was a great place for exploring Seoul, its location near to multiple bus stops , we were never more than a 10 minute walk away from a bus stop we needed. Also had lot of good stores and restaurants nearby if you’re looking for something local. No more than 5 minutes away is a fairly big CU and some nice coffee shops / smaller restaurants. The apartment itself self was also great, looks so much bigger and more spacious than the photos , was a more than comfortable stay for 4 people. The rooftop also offers loverly views of Seoul, spent most nights up there enjoying the views. One thing I will say is the location is a bit hilly, if you’re are someone who struggles with walking or have health conditions it might be a bit of a struggle to walk around in the direct area. Apart from that fantastic place , will definitely look to book again if I return to Seoul.

I highly recommend staying at 숙희's place! I spent 4 months here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host responded extremely quickly- for instance when the battery on the door lock needed to be changed, she confirmed a time that would work for me and had it fixed within 5 hours. She also reached out with recommendations for local festivals and places to visit. The room was in great condition, with all the amenities I needed and great wifi. The washing machine worked well and I appreciated all the convenience. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking to stay in Seoul!

Great place!This is the second time to stay and Eun's place is beautifully renovated and very well stocked with all sorts of life must-have.There are cu and gs25 convenience stores just a few steps away, and it is also very close to Hongdae business district.

It was very accomfortable accommodation! The room is very cleaned and we'll equipped it looks like new, It was really a home stay, there is also books inside room and my Son loves reading it, it's perfect for family stay..The host is very responsive..Thank you!

The host was very friendly and communicative and very good. There is also a parking space. It is very convenient to go to the subway Jianda Station. It takes 10 minutes on foot or there is a supermarket nearby by bus. Thank you very much.

The place is conveniently located within a 5 min walk to the metro. Lots of nearby restaurants, with close access to a protected walking/running path by the lake/stream.
