House vacation rentals in Seongbuk District

The location was really good! The restaurant, Motran, was right in front, so I saw Chef Lee Yeon-bok, and there were many restaurants, so it was easy to order delivery!!!!!!!! The atmosphere of the accommodation is also great. I recommend it.

We had a really great time at Jun's. She was very welcoming, responsive, and very friendly. The house is really very beautiful, atypical for a European. There are two separate spaces. The rooms are beautiful. The bathroom with the large bathtub was really nice after long days of walking. The house is located in the middle of a market, it was just the best, we took plenty of specialties and we were able to feast with the grill provided. Really, we highly recommend this place if you want to be exotic, immersed in Korean culture (few foreigners). We had a really great time. Thanks Jun!

We stayed at a few places during our vacation in South Korea and here was the best one and best way to end the trip! The host's mom met us and was so helpful and just a really sweet and amazing host. She gave us three apples and was so thoughtful and showed us where everything was. The place was clean, comfortable and very central! Would definitely stay here if ever I visit! Definitely book this location!

Awesome place to stay (I was here 13 days)! Very clean, peaceful; many cafe/restaurants around; park around the river I liked to walk there; a metro station 3-5 min to go. Sophia is very friendly, helped me with all my questions, she paid me a taxi from the airport!

The host responded really kindly ~ This time, I used it with my parents from the province. I plan to use it again next time with my friends ^ ^ The facilities are clean and the view is good.

I needed a place to stay because I had a few days in Seoul, but I found this place while looking for a cleaner and more comfortable place than a hotel. Usually, the majority of the Internet photos are different from the real thing, but the interior here is clean and well done, and there are plenty of household supplies, so I was very satisfied. I had a comfortable stay like my own home. I'll use it again next time I come to Seoul.

The host and place is amazing. The only downside is the location, which is a hike to get to and I even had taxi drivers more than once deny me a ride because of how steep it is. It is about a 10 minute walk to the subway and nearest food. Everything else is amazing. The place has a great view. The hosts are so kind and respond quickly. They make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and it is pretty good value for the space. The doors are a little low so if you are 6 foot you may hit your head a couple times (I did). I would consider this place again, but if I had toddlers that walked, I think it would be difficult because of the hill.

Mina was very communicative throughout. Seoul was definitely more confusing for us to navigate than Japan, but Mina left clear instructions for how to get there and what directions to take. Her place is clean with all the basic amenities. It's close to 2 subway stations, the closest being the Sookmyung Women's University Station. There are 3 bedrooms, but no closets, couch, or washer, so just keep that in mind when booking. Overall, a good stay and good value.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The place was super clean, cozy:) Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—maybe even better! The bed was comfy, the space was well organized! But what really stood out was the host. She was incredibly kind and patient—even when I asked a bunch of random (and kind of silly😅) questions, she always replied quickly and with such a friendly attitude. And one more thing, the location was also great—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I’d love to come back again someday!!

I was worried when I saw a review that said it smelled.. but it was my concern. There was no smell ~ ~ It was nice that the room was warm. There was a different comfort from the bed life. I like the bedding ~ The host even had a moka port, so I drank good coffee.

Sujis place was exactly as listed, we were given a tour when we checked in and they were very responsive with any questions we had. I’d recommend anyone stay here! It’s so close to the national park and the neighborhood is very walkable.

Everything was fine. The description and photos correspond to reality. They prepared a lighter for the barbecue and a gas burner. It was only necessary to buy coal. Convenient! Otherwise, everything is fine. We booked for 1 night.

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Chuck, the host, was super quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything go smoothly and made my time there even more enjoyable. The place was not just clean and comfy, but it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It was just perfect for our big family of 14. The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

I really like this house, the location is good, close to the subway station, close to Hongdae business district, there is a convenience store and coffee shop at the door. The room is clean and tidy and a conversion plug is also provided ~ Enjoyable stay. I will choose this place again next time I come to Korea.❤️

David was a very responsive host and everything you would ask for when booking an Airbnb -- listing was as described with clear / functional wifi and all amenities. The home is in a good location (approximately 10 minute walk to the Hongdae station, which connects directly without transfer by subway to both Incheon and Gimpo airports) and it is easy to get around Seoul to explore while having things to do and great places to eat nearby. That is all that we can usually ask for as a more budget-friendly traveler! The Airbnb apartment is located with a few steps up on the 1.5 floor of the building with two other apartments on the same floor, and you can generally hear when others enter or leave their rooms but cannot hear them when they are inside their own apartments.
