Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Seobuk-gu

Loved the location as it was near Seoul Station. Was able to get where I needed to go fairly quickly. There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The view from the place was great as you can see a lot to include Namsan Mountain.

The apartment was new, very clean and had everything that I needed. Overall, I was more than happy with my stay :)

location was easy to find and super convenient. walkable distance to the train & airport bus stop. The room was as described but we had thought it would be bigger from the photos. other than that, everything you need was in it.

It was nice to be clean and in a good location. I made a lot of inquiries to the host, and he responded quickly and was very kind. I had a comfortable stay!

It's close to E-Mart and transportation is convenient. I loved the open view. The host responded to my inquiry right away, so I had a good stay without any inconvenience.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and it was absolutely amazing. Gwon was an amazing host and check in multiple times on how the stay was going and if there was any issues. He helped sort out any problems very fast. The security as well downstairs were amazing. The train station is only a 10 min walk which was very ideal and made getting around Seoul very easy. There are multiple shops around as well which made it quick and easier to get food in and the view of the han river day/night was amazing. The only problem like everyone else said was the bathroom had a smell but it wasn’t bad at all. Opening the window for a few minutes and the smell was gone.

Loved the clear instructions of how to find the apartment! Beautiful view of the city and for us perfect location due to it being so central and walkable.

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to relax. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for a first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Immaculately clean, superbly stocked with supplies and linens, and a well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. While cozy the space was well laid out, comfortable and perfect for us. It was much more than we expected for the price. The only downside is the beds were a little too firm for us but the extra sleeping pads took care of that. Mike was helpful and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely book with him again in the future.

The parking registration was smooth and nice.

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.

It was a very satisfying accommodation from start to finish. The host was kind and responsive, so I was able to stay comfortably. The interior of the accommodation was cleaner and more cozy than the photos, and it was well equipped with the necessary items. The location was also good, so it was very convenient for sightseeing or eating nearby. This is where I want to visit again next time. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this cozy two bedroom apartment. It was conveniently located in the Hongdae area, and close to many restaurants, cafes, and local attractions. Jasper was responsive and offered some fantastic recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay!! Quiet, clean and fully equipped We love the location, everything just around the house, we can spend 3 day around seongsu area without travelling to other area.

This place has great value for what its location has to offer. Easy access to public transportation and eatery. It is also near a huge electronic market for Smartphones and PC components. It is 15-20 min away from Seoul’s famous open and underground markets. I strongly recommend it if you are on a budget.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!

I had a comfortable stay as if I was staying at a hotel. ^^ I liked the cleanliness of the room and the thoughtful consideration. I think it's very suitable for a large family to stay. I asked for help a few times because I didn't know how to use the facility, but it was convenient because he answered quickly. Recommended for large families!
