Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The Air of Casa Reit

The holiday apartment "Aria di Casa Reit", which is situated in Valdisotto, overlooks the nearby mountains. The 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, heating, as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot is also available upon request. Das Haus liegt zwischen Dorfplatz und Kirche sehr zentral aber absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung im EG ist für 2 Personen. Eine Zentralheizung ist vorhanden, der Ofen in der Stüva kann zusätzlich mit Holz beheizt werden. In der grossen Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung können 4 Personen bequem am Tisch Platz nehmen. Von der angrenzenden Veranda gibt es einen schönen Blick nach Süden in die Berge.

Enjoy unforgettable vacations in our beautiful and cozy apartment in Sent in the Lower Engadine. In addition to the two bedrooms, the apartment has a kitchen in the living/dining room. In front of the house there is a small terrace with a bench and table. Well-trained dogs that do not sleep on the bed or on the sofa are welcome by us on request.

The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no stove), shower/toilet) in a 400-year-old farmhouse is close to Ardez train station. In the house and in the apartment there are many antique utensils. You'll love my place because of the old time flair, equipped with all the comforts.
