The south-facing façade is completely glass and offers stunning, unobstructed panoramic views of the Lower Engadine mountains. The house is spread over 3 floors, with a furnished south-facing balcony on 2 floors. Due to the relatively steep stairs, the house is not suitable for small children. The free ski bus stop is just a few steps away and the village centre can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. 1 reserved parking space in front of the house - additional vehicles must be parked in the paid parking garage (80m/Fr. 25.-- the week/parking tickets available upon arrival on request). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool.
