We enjoyed the stay very much with our family. The cottage was well equipped and the rooms were as described. It was all very clean and nicely decorated and the rooms are very spacious. We were received very kindly and flexibly and if we had a question we got a quick answer. Furthermore it is a beautiful place, with lots of nature and tranquility. There are plenty of games and activities in the house that we didn't get bored with even in the rain. Thank you very much!

A perfect family weekend thanks to our stay at Nicolas' place, who is an extremely welcoming and accommodating host. The house is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, very clean. The bedrooms are large and the bedding very comfortable. As for the large garden, a real haven of peace, so beautiful with its blooming roses and all its nooks and crannies. Very well-equipped also with its multiple tables and deckchairs. For the youngest: foosball, ping-pong table and chickens. Nothing to say: everything is perfect! Thank you Nicolas and Aurore who welcomed us kindly!

We had two excellent nights at Déborah's cottage, the environment is very peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The pool is large and at an ideal temperature for those who are sensitive to the cold like us. The accommodation is close to many stud farms for animal and nature lovers.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

We stayed just one night for an evening planned in the area, the house and the surroundings made us want to come back in the summer.

Perfect house for a weekend in the countryside 1 hour from Paris. The house is neat and warm and the garden perfect for children. Lots of activities in the area on Marion's good advice! We had a great time and would highly recommend it!

Superb house, full of charm, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to stay in with all the necessary equipment to come with family or friends with children. We felt great there! Jordan sent us a little guide and was very accommodating, it was very much appreciated and made us want to come back!

The house was as expected. We came for a weekend as part of a wedding. The accommodation was clean and everything went perfectly well, welcome and communication with Yoann, very responsive in his responses. A small welcome kit (tea, coffee, etc.) would be a plus for short-term stays, even if it is not decisive.

Beautiful gem that you want to keep to yourself! We had a great Christmas at Leo's in his country house in Le Perche. Very quiet and peaceful place. The house is very complete, clean, and has everything you need. Definitely come back!

Sarah is a responsive host. Home was pristine and very family friendly. We really loved our stay. Lots of space and well set up for multiple guests. The only draw back was lack of wifi which made communication difficult as foreigners.

My stays at Antoine's always go very well. The accommodation is impeccable and comfortable. It is well located in the village of Bretoncelles. Easy parking. Recommended.

We enjoyed staying at the house of Valentine and Eric. For a family it is a perfect house - it has everything you need. Good bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a clean bathroom. It was great to be able to use the washing machine. The communication with Eric is very friendly and easy. The surroundings offer you great opportunies for walking and cycling. I can highly recommend this place!

Sabine’s home in Lève is beautifully decorated and so peaceful. She was incredibly friendly and made our stay feel truly special. A local boulangerie and supermarket are just a short walk away, and Sabine even lent us bikes to ride into town. Chartres is close by and full of excellent restaurants and lovely streets to explore. To top it off, she generously gave us a lift to Chartres so we could catch our train to Paris - so thoughtful and appreciated! We had such a lovely time and genuinely can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

We had a lovely time at this peaceful and very well appointed house. The host was particularly responsive in answering any questions. There were 5 of us for this stay and it was very good. For the mezzanine room, you don't have to be too big, but it's cute. Yohann can't help it, but not too much 4G/5G network, but wi-fi is available... I recommend this beautiful place to those eager to recharge their batteries and spend a quiet time in the beautiful Perche countryside. Thanks
