It is the largest of two small adjoining apartments - with independent entrance - of a country house built in 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living area and the bathroom; the mezzanine houses the sleeping area. The veranda is equipped with a convenient outdoor shower and is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The garden and play area can be shared.

Surrounded by greenery, on the outskirts of the village of Seneghe, we offer a nice holiday home for rent, perfect for those looking for tranquility and contact with nature, away from the chaos but easily accessible. In the picturesque village with a market, bar, pizzeria, butcher shop, fruit and vegetables, and a well-stocked emporium, tobacconist, pharmacy. In addition, you can buy typical products directly from the producers: oil, olives, cheeses, wine, honey, bread and typical sweets.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
