Unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, bar/dining area, couch, and bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator in bar. Owners live above apartment and will be there if needed. There is a private entrance so you don't need to see us at all! Located 8 minutes from Seneca wine trail, 10 minutes from Watkins Glen and 20 from Ithaca.

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. Come and sit on the Veranda with a glass of wine and some cheese. You will be one block from restaurants and shops and 2 blocks from a public beach for swimming and fishing on Beautiful Keuka Lake. Many wineries, breweries and distilleries within close driving distance. There are also a handful seasonal restaurants right on the water. This is a place to slow down and recharge.
