In a rural and exceptional environment, come and stay in a 40 m2 2-room apartment on the 1st and top floor with balcony and private parking, facing south, quiet and 100 m from the Gulf of Morbihan. You will be close to hiking trails. The pier for the Gulf Islands is also within walking distance of the apartment. Bus stop is 100 m away, Carrefour Market (pharmacy, bakery...) 1 km away. Hello. My place is a typical fisherman's house 30 meters from a small family beach. It has 2 bedrooms of 10 m2 and a small bedroom of 5 m2. There is a wood stove available for a warm atmosphere, a garden of about 200 m2 with private parking (electric gate). You will benefit from 2 bathrooms equipped with showers (no bathtubs) and 2 toilets. The place is very quiet, surrounded by many coastal trails 5 minutes from shops.
