We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

The apartment is located in the Kley farmhouse in Bösensell. Distance to Münster 15 - to the train station 2.5 kilometers. A separate entrance leads to the bright basement apartment. It can accommodate 2 people on 60 m² with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with adjoining living room with TV.In addition, there is a separate, small garden with seating and lockable garden shed for bicycles. A private parking space also belongs to the apartment.

Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

Our renovated and modern furnished apartment is located in the beautiful, idyllic Stevertal on the edge of the Baumberge. The apartment is located in an approx. 300-year-old farm. The apartment is on the back of the house with a cozy terrace overlooking meadows and fields. The terrace invites you to relax and barbecue. It is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling trips into the beautiful Münsterland.

The apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2020, is in the immediate vicinity of the Seppenrad rose garden. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.
