Family-friendly vacation rentals in S'Ena e Sa Chitta

Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

The place is really nice, clean and calm. Pool is big and we had the most beautiful beaches only 10 minutes away. It is also close to restaurants, gelato places and pizzerias, we didn’t have to drive long for anything. We absolutely loved our stay and Stefano was very helpful whenever we needed him. 10/10 would recommend.

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

Prefect, tranquil location in a beautiful part of Sardinia. The villa is very comfortable and it isn't long before you feel at home. Kitchen and BBQ facilities are good for cooking at home and there are many restaurant options nearby and a little further away. All communication with Paolo was easy and he was quick to respond. We were met by a very helpful and welcoming man called Mohamed, who showed us around and how everything worked. The beach for residents is an added bonus. We really enjoyed our stay. We fell in love with view. We'll be back. Grazie.

Perfect accommodation for a family vacation, extremely clean. Very well located for visiting the beautiful beaches nearby... some access to the beaches is by reservation, remember to inquire because in August there are a lot of people and sometimes it's difficult to find parking spaces by car... very good communication with Stefano and Ornella who welcomed us by adapting to us. I would recommend this place 100%. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful location, close to beach (Cala Liberotto), but you can also stay in by the pool. Perfect location if you want to travel and visit all the stunning beaches around Orosei. All the staff are super friendly and always prompt to help with a big smile. Spotless apartment with all what you need. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and above all the gelateria :-) Many thanks for having us, we will be back soon. x

Excellent stay, cottage very well located in the heart of the most beautiful sites of the Region, large and well-equipped, and warm even off-season. Rita was very welcoming and gave us some great tips on local activities. We would highly recommend it!

Laura’s place is simply lovely. The house had everything we needed. The garden is huge and it has lots of different areas to sit and enjoy the sun or the shade. Our dog absolutely loved it, since the whole property is fenced, he could just walk around all day long. The WiFi is fast enough to have video calls. Laura is very communicative and flexible. The place is clean and feels very new. There is a local beach +/- 3 minutes driving away. The town is at a +/- 5 minutes drive and it has supermarkets, restaurants and food takeaway options.

We had a truly wonderful stay at stafania's and Marcos holiday retreat. We were incredibly fortunate with the time of year both weather wise and privacy wise, as we were the only residents in the entire complex which offered us complete tranquility and peace which we loved. The views of Torvola and the bay from the terrace are astounding with access to the private beaches and kayaks an absolute dream. Easy access via car to surrounding attractions with beautiful beaches. minutes away by foot. We have fallen in love with Sardinia and offer our heartfelt thanks to Stefania for making us feel so welcome and offering us so much to do on our trip.

Carla’s rental, La Torre, is located in the heart of Baunei! Offering perfect accommodations and fabulous view! The rental is spotless with all the amnesties. Bars, restaurants and grocery store are walking distance. Great Gelateria (ice cream)! Plenty of outdoor activities and crystal water beaches. Hiking and boat tour along the coast are a must. Best having a small car to enjoy mountain roads and commune locations. Carla is the perfect host!! We will surely return.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Antonio gave us a very warm welcome! The location and the location of the house are magical and very idyllic. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and the house has been very lovingly decorated. Thank you for a great stay!

Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

Nicola was very friendly, helpful and always responded within a very short time. He is super organised. We were given a great PowerPoint with lots of helpful information. We (2 adults and 1 dog) were warmly welcomed. the house is perfect for dogs, the garden is very large and completely fenced in. My dog even got a welcome present, so lovely! The surrounding area is great, very quiet and safe. there are several small beaches nearby (within walking distance) (you feel like you're on a private beach) and a hill with beautiful rock formations, definitely worth a trip. There are few cars and wide roads, we could always let our dog run free. In Sardinia everyone is very dog friendly, we were able to take our dog to the big beaches and also to the grocery shops. We rented a car which is highly recommended and also cheap. Large shops and great towns can be reached by car within 10 minutes Nicola, thank you so much for everything, it was the best holydays ever!

We were in Olbia for 10 days and it was a very nice stay. The roof terrace is really an absolute highlight. The apartment has a nice kitchen and was in pristine condition. Communication with the hostess is very friendly and impeccable. Definitely worth a visit - thank you!

Pina is a warm, open and communicative person who responded immediately and was there to help and advise us. We felt welcome from the first moment, not least when she personally welcomed us with a delicious dessert. The house is a dream, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a carefree vacation. Her husband was at the house a few times to clean the pool, but this was inconspicuous every time so it couldn't bother us, although this wasn't the case anyway. Thanks Pina

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Our family of 6 stayed at Gianni’s for a week. Gianni was quick to respond and gave us restaurant recommendations and even made a reservation for us at the restaurant right by their property that specializes in Sardinian cuisine. Excellent! If you stay here you must go. The host also recommended Autumn Festivals in the area. We drove to Ottano for their festival and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. They provided beach towels for each of us. We loved playing family card games each evening at their dining table. Check in was easy and also an easy check out. Our family enjoyed our stay in Valentino’s home. We would definitely recommend a stay at Gianni’s property.

We stayed at Mariella's place for a week from early August. it was extremely hot so the pool was very appreciated. We very much enjoyed staying at the house and Mariella and Luca were very responsive and helpful hosts. Also, Mariella's restaurant Mamane Ludi is not to be missed!

We loved Luca's place! Everything was clean, the kitchen very well equipped and the location with the view was unique 😍 We would come back any time. The special highlight is the two Dobby and Charlie, whom we have very much in our hearts.
