Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Friendly, generous and very flexible host, we were allowed to do a very late checkout. Lots of amenities, we were allowed to use everything. Perfect for 6 people, we felt very comfortable.

Giuseppe's place is very practical and very close to San Teodoro (in 5 minutes you can reach the village and La Cinta beach - the largest in San Teodoro). We were greeted by Torica, Giuseppe's sister, very kind and ready to accommodate any request (iron, extra towels, etc.). We stayed in one of the apartments of the building (there are 4 apartments), a basement without air conditioning but really cool!! Outside there are common areas, such as the barbecue and outdoor showers, very comfortable especially if there are many (there were 4 of us). Each apartment has its own outdoor table, so you can have freedom if you want to dine outside. Giuseppe and Torica are very helpful, ready to give advice on beaches or restaurants. I absolutely recommend this apartment.

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Orietta!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and with an amazing view! The access to the small „private“ beach is beautiful as well as the beach. Thank you! We had a lovely week :)

A very nice house, quiet and private located in a vineyard. A car is necessary to see the area, but a short distance from Cala Gonone and start the walking tour to gorrupu. Antonio responds quickly through the App and is very friendly.

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly received by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. On the last section of the beach, we also had our dog with us, which is apparently no problem there. We were often even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

A great stay at Mario's little house! Everything is very comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, tastefully decorated and without a doubt the best part is the terrace with good views and the location very close to the sea. Both Mario and his parents were very attentive and communicative. It's a place to go back to. Thank you 🫶

Easy check-in and check-out; beach and restaurant recommendations from the host were great; problems were resolved very quickly. Rental car required, however

We had a great stay at one off Monica’s residencies. Attentive host. It feels very private with the closed gate and the apartments surrounding the swimming pool area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was great. Everything you need and more is there. Also a very nice shower (a lot of water comes out so we put it half way). Furthermore Marco and his wife from the mini market were super kind to us. The location is great as you can visit many beautiful places in under half an hour. Highly recommend.

Maurizio was very friendly and helpful with tips for e.g. restaurant . The complex is very private, only 2 apartments and quiet. Pool is brand new. Apartment is sufficiently equipped and clean. Also definitely recommended to book both apartments with 2 families, for example.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

We stayed 3 nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable with Angela. As a starting point to the many great beaches, Loiri is superbly located. We got great tips for beaches and activities. We were even booked a table at the Agriturismo Tenuta Oster Maria (it was actually fully booked on the site). It was a great experience. The pool looked very inviting. Unfortunately, we did not use it, as we were on the beach most of the time. Our highlight in the accommodation was the great and loving breakfast from Angela. She is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!
