The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Guests will have access to the whole gallery and fully equipped kitchen, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the galery, including a combined living sleeping area and a loft style bathtub and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (genügend Ablage- und Hängemöglichkeiten in sämtlichen Räumen) Im riesigen Garten mit altem Baumbestand gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten. Informationsmaterial und Bücher über die Umgebung lagen auch bereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen- die Gastgeber waren diskret aber immer erreichbar.

Iris’ little art studio/event space/guest cottage was perfect for our stay in Ribbeck. Iris was very responsive and check in and out was a breeze. Ribbeck is also super cute and we definitely had our fair share of pear-themed cake at the cafe nearby. Definitely recommend! (Just a tip: Ribbeck is super small and the few restaurants close very early — so if you’re staying for more than a night, best to bring some groceries with you. Iris’ kitchen has all the tools we you’d need. We were only there a night and biked to the neighbouring town for dinner, so it wasn’t a big deal, but better to be prepared).

We rented three houses from Hubert's estate and everything was absolutely fantastic! It's a perfect place for children – safe, spacious, and surrounded by nature. ein absoluter Traum diese Ferienwohnung genau wie auf den Bildern und noch viel besser. super netter Kontakt und persönliche Begrüßung. Waschmaschine kann kostenlos genutzt werden und steht sogar in der Ferienwohnung. super schön gelegen man kann schön in der Natur spazieren gehen oder auch Ausflüge machen. super bequemes Bett handtücher und Bettwäsche waren super sauber und haben ganz toll geduftet. Bett war sehr bequem und habe gut geschlafen. jederzeit wieder und das war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dass ich dort war einfach rundum alles super nur zu empfehlen

Eine Oase! Aufwendig und geschmackvoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung auf zwei Etagen auf einem wunderbar restaurierten alten Hof allein zwischen Feldern. Außer dem Rauschen der Bäume und den vielen Vögeln hört man nichts. Sehr großer und schöner Ökogarten zwischen Hecken mit vielen bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten - wie aus der Zeitschrift Landlust, (die sogar zum Lesen ausliegt). Ulrike und Thomas, die im Haupthaus wohnen, sind rührige Gastgeber, jederzeit ansprechbar, aber genauso zurückhaltend, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Fahrrad oder Auto sinnvoll um Hin- und Wegzukommen. Herrliche Badeseen in der Umgebung, aber einige Kilometer entfernt.

The place is perfect for 2 people. Very nice and clean, super nice bathroom, wonderfull balcony. And perfect location, super central, but still very quiet. Florian and Jan knows how to make people feel very welcome, small details that makes the experience very good and personal. They replied quickly and gave good advice when we asked about parking. Perfect hosts. The value is very good, dont worry about no kitchen, you can make coffee and tea, and there are so may nice places for breakfast, lunch, dinnner and take-away right outside the door. Highly recommended !

check in was super quick and easy, great communication with light speed replies. the area is perfect, right in the centre 7 minutes away from berghain and at walking distance from kitkat😏 everything was squeaky clean with amenities that were extremely thoughtful like chargers and a polaroid. all of this paired with the clean but grungy aesthetic of the atmosphere. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in der tollen Unterkunft von Simone. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und konnten super abschalten. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wenn man nicht vom Pool tagsüber genug hat, kann man nachts vom whirlpool aus den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Das einzige was zu beachten ist. Wir sind mit den Öffies gekommen und mussten am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof laufen (50min), da sonntags weder Bus noch Taxi/Bolt oder Uber verfügbar sind. Das vielleicht als kleine Info...hat aber natürlich nichts mit der wunderbaren Unterkunft an sich zu tun! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10
