Sachin was incredibly responsive and fulfilled our requests instantly. The cottage was amazing—exactly as described on Airbnb. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality! It truly felt like home, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

This place was beautiful and right on the water. We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it. We had enough kayaks to have fun in the water. The location was very private and peaceful.

Incredible property, secluded and private. Stunning views of the lake and the sun sets are incredible from the dock. Kayaks included were awesome fun and the local area had everything you needed (+friendly people!) Cassidy was quick to respond to questions and clear with instructions prior to our arrival. Book this cabin!!

Chorong was a great host! Leading up to our stay she was extremely responsive as I had a lot of questions! The house itself was stunning. Clearly it is taken care of and maintained very well. All of the beds were so comfortable. Outdoor area was a lovely space. Would definitely like to come back in the winter as I am sure the scenery is beautiful.

Bright, spacious cottage with every comfort you need. The location was great, not too far from hikes and attractions but located on a very quiet street. Loved the wood stove and used every day. The host proactively arranged plow services as there was lots of snow the weekend we stayed, which was a really nice gesture. Would definitely return!

It was great to be back again. The place was wonderful again and we truly appreciate all that Tim & Cindy do to keep the place up and looking nice. We also noticed that there was a new wood stove which was a lot nicer for keeping the place warm at night as we had a couple of chilly nights, so thank you for that upgrade. we really enjoy the place and the location in proximity to the lake. We had an incredible time at this cottage. If we had more time left in Canada we would have planned another visit in the summer.

I have stayed at over 130 AirBnBs, likely 40 of them cottages, and this may be my favourite. The effort and care put into making this property the ultimate lake experience is overwhelming. We didn't even have the chance to sit at every beautiful spot - there just weren't enough days! The beach - the dock - the lake fire pit - the hill fire pit - the deck fireplace - the gazebo with the full table and chairs - the perfect dining table overlooking the whole lake... And that's just outside. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the soaker tub sublime, and the main living room as cozy a spot as we've ever been. Our original AirBnB was not as advertised, and Tomek made his place available at 6 pm on a Friday night for the weekend. He didn't just save our weekend -- he made it better. I can't say enough good things. Book this spot. If you're looking for a cottage weekend relaxing outside, it might be the best I've ever seen. Thank you Tomek.

Fantastic stay! Clean, beautiful views, hot tub was amazing and fishing off the dock was pretty good. NOTE: Proximity to road was a bit of a thing for the sound. That being said it didn't diminish our enjoyment of our stay. Thank you again!

Great cottage with lots of room for family. We had 8 adults stay. Lots of room for everyone and lots to do. Good selection of games and books. Paddle boards, kayaks and a tandem kayak for those who like to paddle together. Would definitely book again.

Me and my friend’s were very impressed about how beautiful this place is. We could enjoy a weekend getaway and this place allowed us to have a great time together. I always enjoy my stay here! It is so peaceful and the view is beautifully special. The host is amazing, always answering any questions and accommodating all my needs. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. The lake is very peaceful and beautiful, perfect for fishing and kayaking. The boats that are provided are a nice touch. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful, private getaway from the city.

Our family (6 adults) enjoyed the weekend cottage stay immensely. The kitchen is large and well equipped and we cooked the majority of meals. The beds are comfortable, the two washrooms are a generous size - it is good to note these are located on the main floor while the bedrooms are upstairs. The cottage has a great view of the changing leaves perfect for a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend getaway.

The host was super friendly and considerate. The house was clean and loaded with everything you would need or even think about, and also everything was organized and was in its place. We may come back with our friends again, cause our experience was really satisfying.

The host was very responsive and answers all our questions well. The self-checkin instruction was very clear. We also had an early check-in at 12 PM, which was very convenient for our trip. The place has a great view and very stylish furnitures. We enjoyed the dock and sitting near the campfire.

This cottage was perfect for our group! From start to finish everything was great. • Easy instructions getting to the cottage as well as getting inside •10/10 clean from living rooms, bedrooms & bathrooms • Kitchen is well equipped with the right sized pots/frying pans as well as right amount of utensils for the crowd that the cottage can accommodate (underrated feature for large group cottages) • The amenities like pool table, ping pong, air hockey, hot tub & 3 living rooms with large TV’s left us with no shortage of fun to have (especially with the unlucky weather we had) •Kelly was amazing as a host- she’s very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need for a great stay even throughout your time •The kitchen basics are there- salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc. I would recommend bringing your own seasonings/marinades/condiments that you like Overall we had 0 complaints & will be visiting the Sunset Lakehouse again. This was our second time at Blue Heron and it lives up to the expectations again! It was a lovely stay and we enjoyed every second of it. There are many activities to do in the property alone, the surrounding is peaceful with amazing view. Can’t wait to come back again.

Robin’s cottage is by far one of my favorite places so far. They thought of everything. We spent a few days for a work retreat and had all we needed to make the week unforgettable. The views in the morning, the sunsets in the evening, fireplace right by the water, paddle boards, full kitchen… the list goes on. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I am definitely going back!

This was our second time staying here with the kids over Victoria Day, and once again, it was perfect. The place has everything we needed and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the beautiful view, swimming in the lake, making s’mores, and enjoying quality time together.
